This places needs to closed down ! It's not hotel more apartments lol

They took an extra hour and a half to quality check the room, when I finally got in there, there was one towel, no toilet paper, the door didn’t lock, everything was obviously dirty and since I unfortunately paid in advance there was apparently nothing I could do. I’m terribly disappointed in Expedia for grossly painting this place as somewhere decent when it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t think I’ll ever use Expedia or stay at another Baymont in my life. It was incredibly unsafe, the water kept getting shut off, there were no blankets, it was cold and uncomfortable. The staff was ridiculously unhelpful and I feel like I would’ve been taken care of better at a homeless shelter. The continental breakfast was a complete joke. Literally a loaf of bread set out with some peanut butter. I can’t believe how bad it was. I have no clue what services I paid for but I definitely feel like I got robbed.

I thought with this being a property by Wyndham that it would be fine. When we pulled up, there was a car parked out back by the pool missing tires and tarped over partially. The clientele waiting in the lobby did not make you feel particularly safe. When checking in he let us know the elevator wasn't working, which was not a big deal for us but was a sign of more things to come. I paid for a deluxe king suite. We walked in and everything was dirty. There was chipped paint. The jacuzzi didn't have a stopper so you couldn't use it, which I did complain about and get fixed temporarily, but the jets didn't have a cover so when I did turn it on it shot water straight out acrossed the tub and into my partner's face and onto the wall and mirror behind the tub. There was only ome towel and rag for two people, no garbage can in the bathroom, and the bedframe was broken and tilted if you got on the bed on one side.only one tv had a remote, and it got no signal to watch tv. And the ceiling had huge water spots on it, which I was informed by the staff that a "guest" broke the sink in the room above us while in a fight with their partner. We slept with a couch up against the door and booked it out of there first thing, but felt like I had to stay because I paid $100 for the room and they had a no return policy. All in all, the only thing I recommend this property for is to be shut down permanently.

When we arrived there were transients hanging out in parking lot and a family being taken out by the police. Then once we got to our room, it was filthy, hadn't been cleaned, no towels, only sheets on bed, no blankets, and plastic bag around smoke alarm. The smoke alarm was going off and we requested another room. The second room had only one light bulb in Vanity bar, no phone, no towels, no blankets and we feared there were bed bugs. I will be contacting chain to express my disgust.

This place is borederline a homeless shelter with a bit of hard drugs mixed in. There are bums and naked prostitutes. It’s freaking January. No one sleeps. The elevator is broke, no breakfast, we had no towels our first day/night. There’s a microwave but it doesn’t work. Remote didn’t work for TV. Employees seem very uninformed and unable to help with anything. No garbage bin in the room. No bible. Alarm clock didn’t work. Water shuts off at night. Water is very yellow. It is cleanly and unsafe, and not my preferred kind of ghetto.

The entire place, including the parking lot, stunk of weed.

When I walked into the front office I was greeted by a woman behind the desk who was very rude and considerate and sent me to the wrong room that hadn't been cleaned so I went back to the office and was given another room which at the time was clean but no towels no soap or shampoo I had to go to the store and purchase some on my own and when I got back the water was shut off my experience here was horrible rated out of 1 to 10 I'd say a zero

No heat. Upstairs sounded like people were moving furniture all night long. Fount liquor bottles under the chairs.

I do not recommend this hotel. The lobby needs a major cleaning including vacuuming and carpet cleaned and or just all new carpet throughout the entire building. There was a smell throughout the lobby, elevator and halls. Our room was cleaner than any other area I seen and didn’t have a smell like all the other areas. The remote did not work, there were burn holes in the sheets and the sheets were yellow, the toilet paper holder was broke, there were cigarette butts in the heater/air unit. There was quite alot of traffic (people) everywhere hanging out in hallways, outside by the rooms and in the parking lot all night. The positive about this hotel is the staff! The night and morning ladies working were amazing, very very good at there job. Whoever owns and or manages this hotel should be thankful they have the staff they do.

Needs to be shutdown,dirty and has roaches. Couldn't even sleep there,i need my money back. I have pictures of it all

The place does not look anything like the pictures advertised on Expedia

room temp is set in lobby 51 durring day max 85 at nite , heat disent work in room they did give extra blankets , got up at 3am to use bathroon had no running water cant shower, asked desk lady she said water shuts off at evening time till mornen an has fer over a year an if i had a problem take it up with the manager that wasent there or my booking site , also no breakfast or coffee it was sapposed to b from 6 till 9.

The homeless people hangout there. Asked for towels and a blanket , never received them. The clerk forgot to give me back my Drivers License. The maintenance men delivered it to me whem they came to fix the phone and TV.

We enjoy the hospitality

Upon entering hallway to room there was someone in hall with there belongings all over the place. Light to enter room didn't work and found out only 1 towel on room and no hangers to hang coats. Hanging from the back of door was ladies underwear and hair on shower walls. Because of late checking in wasn't able to find another hotel to go to. After asking for more towels was only given 1 face towel to be used by 2 people upon returning to room left because of condition and unsanitary bathroom. Spike with desk clerk about situation and he didn't offer a number or person to lodge complaints regarding room 331

I enjoyed the big breakfast and everything else was so pleasant

The hotel was run down and falling apart. The dining room in the lobby had dead cockroaches on the floor. The rooms were dirty. The beds were dirty. Bathroom was extremely small. The homeless was hanging around the doorways and lobby. The staff wasn't very friendly. I do not recommend this place especially if you're going on a family vacation with little children.

Window was broke so it was open all night, bathroom was disgusting, people were loud all night, baby crying all night, dog being loud all night, no towels in our room. Random people were also knocking on our door.
