Bathroom was a bit dark… the touch screen mirror/light didn’t work properly it seemed. Everything was very clean and comfortable, although the room was too hot and didn’t seem to respond to being turned down to lower temperatures!

Guy on front desk wasn’t polite. Looks like I asked to stay in his house and also borrowed money. Hotel looks old, some dust in the room, silicone in bathroom looks bad. I put 3 stars instead of 2 because cheap price

Not a bad option for budget travelers but keep your expectations low. The facility it worn and needs updating. No USB ports in the rooms, there was mold along the grout in the shower. The pool was closed, probably because due to business being slow. The “Business Center “ (more like a closet), printer was out of order. The free breakfast was disappointing, small pastry items, a waffle iron and cold cereal. What was really disappointing was how they cut corners with the breakfast, with powdered coffee creamer (not even the liquid creamer cups), watered down juice and off brand syrup. There’s a difference between being frugal and being cheap. Decide for yourself which category they fell under.

The front desk man was nice but the housekeeping was rude,barely spoke,and looked at us like we were a problem. We just minded our business but it made me uncomfortable. The pool was best part and the breakfast. The hotel itself seems out of date. Our had a hole in the wall behind the door, our mini fridge didn't really work, certain plugs in the wall didn't. I had to unplug the microwave to plug in the fridge.

Although pleasant, the staff were slow to respond for customer check in and inquires. The pool area was dark both day and night, so I didn't know if it was open or not. No water or ice was available in the room or common area. The included breakfast was disappointing (no meats or eggs). On Saturday morning there was a warm pan of sausage gravy but no biscuits!! Only 2 pieces of white bread were available, and this was 20 minutes before breakfast officially ended!! The bathtub/shower was old and dirty looking. We didn't use it. Bed was lumpy. Overall, the staff was friendly and the room adequate. If you're on a budget, it's a decent place to stay, but forget about any extras, including ice and potable water. Also, do yourself a favor and get breakfast elsewhere.

The room was good with a king size bed. Refrigeratir and Microwave worked. I was in South Bend for a funeral, so didnt get to use the pool or fitness center. Cleaning staff did not come in to clean first day, so dirty towels nd trash were not picked up. And no coffee supplies were replenished. Breakfast buffet was very misleading. Iwas expecting som scrambled eggs and sausage, maybe some buscuits and gravy. Insteas there was cereal, waffles to make, toast, bagels and pakaged muffins and oatmeal. These are good, but all carbs, and i am diabetic and cannot eat only carbs. Yogurt and juice and butter and cream cheese in refrigerator. There was coffee or tea. I usually choose my hotels on what the breakfast is like because i would be busy with the funeral.
