Baymont by Wyndham Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte

Nothing good. The room was filthy, it stayed filthy. Cleaning was less than spotty, it was atrocious. What an embarrassment for Baymont and Wyndham. Take this one off your list. My room was not cleaned or serviced until Wednesday. There was a toenail on the floor that was there when I got there and there when I left. There was another toenail in the carpet on the stairs. The floors have not been mopped in years, I tracked dirt into the shower and made mud each time. So unclean and disgusting. The lamp on the desk had an outlet taped over (a safety violation). If I would have known how to get out of the stay, I would have. The property was falsely advertised, in my opinion.

Inside was nicer than the outside

Found / killed 2-small roaches right away in the bathroom, bed was very uncomfortable, postage -stamp sized pillows, paper thin walls, could hear the people next door alarm / TV program. Tiny rock pebbles on the floor throughout the entire room.

Easy to get to from the airport and convenient.

Everything was as expected, and a very friendly front desk clerk was great!

Check in lady was so nice.

Smelly & outdated. Didn't like stairs

Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean.

We arrive a bit early, but Jane was kind enough to let us check in. (Thsnks!)

In the middle of no where.

Our designated room was right above a loud pool party, and the desk clerk immediately and happily moved us to a room away from the noise.

The room was very clean but the bathroom needs some serious updating.

Our room was nice. Clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable and room seemed updated.

Breakfast was Amazing!! Price and availability was wonderful!! Your evening shift as well as your morning registrations truly friendly an I would refer your services to anyone in the area

Had a small problem with the room when we arrived but it was taken care of right away. the staff is wonderful and very caring of our needs.

Excellent value for the room, very clean. Large TV, 5 minutes from Punta Gorda airport.

The front counter person Jane was very helpful.

It was obviously and older motel that has been mostly repainted but very clean. The staff was friendly although they didn't speak much English. The beds were horrible. My back is still sore. The price was reasonable for the conditions.

The hotel is old an rather tired looking, but was clean with the lady checking us in being very professional and friendly.
