beautiful rooms. Very clean

locations was great, hotel could of use a little more updating

Stay was ok. Bed very comfortable, the room was an older renovation. Some tile in the bathroom was loose and the hallway smelled of bad marijuana. Felt a contact high walking down it. I was on the 3rd floor which is enclosed.

Everything good

Enjoyed my stay. A little more attention to the room maintenance. However if I am the area again I will stay there

Family travel for the holidays

Nothing special, very decent for the price.

Overall nice stay. Because of smoke smell in the corridor inside we booked the exterior room.

We were visiting family for the holidays in the Savannah area. We book our stay for several days. Our grandboys stayed with us at the hotel for most days. House keeping checked on us daily for any fresh towels , linens or room nessecities. Breakfast was ok. Waffles, bagels breads, pastries, cereals, yogurts, juices, scrambled egg patties and sausages. Coffee available all day in lobby.

There was no fan or exhaust in bathroom, heat/ac was not working or when put on the windows seems so old that all the heat went out the window even though they wer closed.Plus the AC was very loud and so was the frig. the beds were not spaced evenly, one had room for two chairs the other was so slose to wall could not get out that way, had to go around and could not even get a suitcase in the space. poor design on placeing furnoiture. Overall the place needs refurbishing/updating.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and neat and the area was quiet.

The stay was horrific. They tried to come in my room while I was sleeping. To verify if it was empty or not! Oh and the lock didn’t work on my door either, I had to sit in the lobby and wait because my binging were in the room.

Very pleasant.

The hotel was pleasant and offered great value for the price. Our room was clean, smelled fresh, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice. The breakfast was decent and met our expectations. Considering the price-quality ratio, I found it acceptable and would recommend it to others.

Nous avons été réveillé à 5h am par une fuite d’eau dans le plafond. 😐. L’eau tombait sur le Lit et nous éclaboussait au visage!! Pas une grosse fuite mais assez pour nous réveiller!

The hotel could improve their breakfast area cleanliness. Room housecleaning should respect the do not disturb sign. They tried to open door while family members were sleeping or showering. Hotel staff should not tolerate quest that smoke and conduct vulgar conversations in the hotels public spaces, like hallways or breakfast area.

The hotel is more for extended stay, room ok not many towels provided, room clean, breakfast nothing to brag about. Out of a 100 I give it 70

our room had someone elses dirty socks, clock did not work. the room had a very bad smell, there was a spider web inour room with the soider,
