Toilet seat was broken, TV didn't work, couch was broke down and the pool did not have any water in it. Cancelled room and went to a different hotel.

They cancel the reservation said they would not take my Service dog

The employee/night auditor seemed rather rude or off-putting when I first entered the hotel, but was more professional and respectful while checking me in. Quiet, clean hotel conveniently located just off of Interstate 90. Thank you!

After 4 hours of travel room was not ready at check in time .Poor customer service.

Room was clean

The bed was great, loved the soft sheets, room was clean. The shower head was plugged and no water came out. The AC had no control knobs. It was on on or off. There was no blow dryer in the room. Pool and hot tub permanently closed. Breakfast was fair.

False advertising. Was supposed to have a hide a bad and did not. Refused to refund room after 10 minutes from check in .

I booked this stay specially for the pool and hottub. When we checked in, there was a sign at the desk that said “pool permanently closed”. Such a bummer

The rooms were clean. Pool and hottub are permanently closed. Why I booked in the first place. Lobby and hallways strong plugin air fresheners to the point of being overwhelming. The only time someone was at the desk was at checkin. I had to wait ten minutes for someone to show

Checked in an hour ago. Tv wouldnt work so maintenance was called. Drawers wont stay in.

Unfortunately when I came to check in at 10pm they had a brand new employee working who had no idea how to check someone in , never mind someone who was using a third party booking. The clerk was nice and tried to be friendly but when they are having to spend the entire check in texting someone to “help” them and 45 min later you finally get the keys. During this check in process I was told numerous times that my prepaid card was declining and that I wasn’t going to get my room because the card that was sent hotels.com just didn’t work . Finally when who ever the clerk was texting to figured out what to do on there side she text him and told him they got it figured out. I was finally able to check in it my room 45 min laters . When I got to my room the keys he’d had givin me didn’t work so I had to go back and get keys made again . All in all my check in was horrible. The rooms are clean and uncluttered, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and all I did was toss and turn all night.

Had a reservation for two rooms went to check in only to find a note on the door with a number to call for assistance. After a few tries no one answered and ended up having to hunt down another hotel, but what what really gets me is after looking at my email i found that they checked me in and charged me for the rooms. STAY AWAY

It was clean and comfortabke

Was disappointed when there was no pool. They had a safety hazard in our room and had a 2x4 sticking out from the bed. 2 of us got hurry after hitting it with our leg because you couldn't see it sticking out under the bedding. My 73 yr old mother almost fell after hitting the board.

Bed bug bites in the two rooms we stayed in. 9 welts on head and neck, 33 on arms, 30 on legs, but and back. Never experienced anything like that before.

Room was spacious and very clean. Appears rooms were recently painted. No blankets on beds, just sheets, but requested blankets. Pool was being renovated so it was closed. Chose this hotel because it has a pool for our kids. Would be nice if this was advertised on Expedia, hotel website and posted when you check in so families are aware or can choose other options. Simple, but good continental breakfast.

Hôtel was under construction, was not posted on any sites saying so. Pool was empty. Tv did not work. Could hear next door. It cost $200 for one night. This type of hotel should be condemned.
