The air never shut off had to unplug it

Very nice accommodations!

Area was sketchy, my granddaughters stayed there ages 25 and 19 and didn’t swim because they were afraid to wear there swim suits and walk to the pool.

Great place to stay for softball in the summer!

It was a great clean room for the price. The kids loved the pool. We stayed at a more expensive hotel the next night and it was a way worse experience.

Second floor completely enclosed, stairs steep, requiring dependence on handrail. Made it more difficult to carry things to room, with more up/down trips required.

This was a great stay. I was surprised that the beds were very comfortable. Easy check in and easy check out. Only issue was on Saturday morning with the continental breakfast. Breakfast is posted as served 7am to 10am on Saturday and Sundays. We came down to eat at 8:00 and only food still available was cereals and waffles. I went to main desk and asked if any more food would be offered. Was told NO that's it. They ran out within 1 hour of starting breakfast. But then 10 minutes later a different guy did come out to refresh the hot foods.

Overall, the hotel was decent. Check in was quick and the hotel was quiet. It was really hot when we got into our room, which took a while for the AC to cool it down. The pool area was nice and the pool was quite warm. Again, no AC in there though, which made it really muggy. Breakfast was actually really good. And again, would have been better with AC in the room. I knew when I booked it, it stated no elevator, and we were on the 2nd floor. Overall, it was a good stay for the night. We would probably stay again if in the area.

We had the AC on high 60* cold for several hours and room never cooled down. When we contacted hotel we had 3 different people checking it out with the last person to enter hooting & hollering because the AC was blowing cold air (true) but refused to admit that the room was hot and tried putting the blame on me for it being so hot and the room being too big for the AC to cool down and also blamed our balcony door being open which was a joke since we couldn’t even open it to begin with. No room change or solution was offered till we promptly checked out shortly after that dispute in my hotel room with staff around 9pm, 6 hours after we had checked in. Front desk girl was super sweet at check in, wish it had worked out. Won’t be returning or referring friends and family to stay here.
