This is our second time staying here and we LOVE this place. It’s a very short walk to the beach and lots of great dining options. Plus, these units have everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen, free laundry, coolers, beach chairs and umbrella and so much more. I highly recommend. We have stayed in unit 1 and 5. Both are great 2 bedroom places. We may try the studio next time because it has a wonderful backyard area that overlooks the waterway.

The wife and I have stayed here twice now, and both times were great. Comfy bed, great hospitality, and great food within walking distance. Nothing but great things to say about Beach Trail Lodging and they're staff. Thanks for another wonderful vacation.

Very nice place to stay. Great location - walking distance t many places. We had a rainy weekend but made the best of it. Very comfortable. Will stay again.

We loved this condo. Had everything we needed and communication with Liz was Very helpful! We could only stay one night, but will return again for a longer stay for sure. Rained the whole time so we couldn’t explore the nice outside areas and trails.

This is my third stay at the property and it is my home away from home! I bring my dog, enjoy the park, visit the beach, but mostly relax in the apartment and disconnect. The property owners are super friendly and communicate well. I can't wait to return!

A nice upgrade due to mechanical issues. Cute cottage, very clean with lots of stuff for the beach. Beach soooo close. Enjoyed it everyday

Mary has been in constant contact with me via text, which at first i thought was strange, but then it's like you're chatting with a friend. She's been very kind and welcoming, asking how everything is going, any wants, needs, etc. There's plenty of food with in walking distance, and beach access is a 2 minute walk! The apartment is very clean, has everything you'd need as if you lived here! My wife loves it and wants to re-book another time, for longer. I also feel this way, so sounds like we'll be back! Thank you Mary and crew for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place isnt new but is very well taken care of. It was super clean and they really work to enhance your experience. They provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to take everything the 1/2 block to the beach. You are walking distance to some great places to eat and its quiet and comfortable.

This property was located in a nice small local community. This is a nice area of homes and condos and really away from the heavy area of hotels. A lot of nice local restaurants, all within walking distance. very short walk to the beautiful beach. Easy check in and check out, great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends.

The hostess, Mary, was outstanding! From the moment you make the booking to the moment you arrive, she is welcoming, kind, and accommodating. She makes you feel like family. The room is very clean and has all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. They supply everything to include beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. There is a very nice backyard with table and chairs that overlooks the water. The unit and property itself is located in a very quiet and secluded area. Very peaceful. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes. Additionally, all restaurants and other places of interest are within a very short walking distance. The accommodations and the visit was excellent. We look forward to going back again soon!

It was extremely clean, more spacious than i expected from the photos and the beds were very, very comfortable.

They room had everything we could possibly need during our trip. The backyard was a nice quiet place to enjoy, loved sitting out there first thing in the morning. Cozy, comfortable rental and good location.

We loved staying at BeachTrail. It was a very close walk to the beach and the place had everything you would need for a nice beach vacation. Laundry was nice to have onsite at no additonal charge, especially with kids. Communication and checkin was very easy and seemless. Owners were kind and did everything to make the stay a positive experience. Lots of good restaurants within minutes of walking. Also the trolley stop is right across the street and brings you up to Clearwater beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family getaway to the beach. We were close to all attractions in St. Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa, but we got to enjoy a beach that was not crowded and just a two minute walk from the front door. The owners provided everything we needed for the beach and the perfect stay inside the property. Communication with the owners was flawless. They accommodated our late arrival with ease and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Local restaurants were just delicious and we were able to walk to them all.

I highly recommend Beach Trail Lodging. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities you would need and more. There were several extras including a doggie welcome basket, snacks, coffee, and info about the area. Mary is a wonderful host and we will definitely return!
