What an amazing jam! Love the balcony with a river view! Price is reasonable, walkable to downtown. The only suggestion would be to clean the rooms better :) Overall a great experience!

We had to go to the office to get new towels after 2 days of waiting for our room to be cleaned which never happened.
The creek was enjoyable. the owners seemed upset that we got the deal with Hotels.com We left a day early.

We reserved the room and when we arrived the office seemed to have no ac. We went to our room and the bathroom was very old, dingy. The beds were fine the room was ok. But we ended up leaving and checking into another hotel.

Non smoking hotel property even on the balconies which is something you can deal with but the no hot water was it for us!! Otherwise it was okay nothing fancy room still needed extra cleaning cobwebs windows and curtains dirty. Broken things like the shower valve rock back and forth when turning again no hot water but clean otherwise.

Great place. Nice, clean & comfy. I will definitely stay here again. The beds are perfect & the balcony over the river with the sounds of water rushing over rocks was very pleasant. This place is well maintained & the staff is very helpful. Very close to the strip & a short drive to the mountains & pizza shops & a store just a short walk away. Very affordable too.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Missing electrical outlets, disgusting dirty floors, the toilet was so dirty you can tell it is NEVER clean. Sheets, towels, pillowcases dirty with stains! I will never recommend or speak a good word about this place!

I have stayed here twice and while it doesn’t look like much, they have always been super kind to me. They’re clean and I think the creek out back is so super cute!! Love it here and can’t wait to come back!!!

The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek was very relaxing. The area is quiet, and the walls must be thick, so the rooms are quier also.
The shower head was great, but there are no shelves to set soap or shampoo.The room was rather dark with only a small overhead light at the entrancee and two small wall lamps between the beds. The only mirror was over the batthroom sink.
Our stay was great because we were not there very much; we just needed a good place to sleep, shower, and dress. We were there for the Gaither Fest. I do think the price was a bit too much!

Horrible dirty like real dirty the doors have weather strip you can see through the cracks no amenities staff are nonexistent I hated this place for sure will not stay again

Second time my daughter and I stayed here and we love it. We love the location and how its right on a creek. We actually saw a bear a couple times this time which was exciting. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
