주방의 편의시설이 있어 가족, 특히 아이들이 있는 경우 시설 이용이 효과적이었다.

가격이 저렴하고, 가성비 좋았습니다. 그리고 호텔이 굉장히 편안하고 좋았습니다. 특히 외국인 데스크 안내분이 정말 친절하셔서 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다. 그래서 다른 분에게 추천드리고 싶습니다.

We phoned the morning of our arrival before we boarded our airplane and there was no answer and no way to leave a voice mail. We tried again when we landed -- same thing. We arrived at the property at 2 PM and tried again -- same thing. A resident of the building let us in so that we did not have to stand on the street, but we were unable to reach anyone. She said that other potential guests had arrived and experienced the same thing. We called you and you said your systems were down and to call back in an hour. As you can imagine, this is completely unacceptable. We made new arrangements for new accommodations and cancelled this property. We received a full refund, but quite frankly, anything less would have also been unacceptable. I told your representative during the cancel call that you should remove this property from your list of offerings.

I was very disappointed. The cable TV does not exist! There's a small antenna that received 4 stations with significant interference. There was no cable wire to the wall, no cable box and no cable remote control. The king size sofa bed is a 3/4 sized futon - it opened onto the floor providing about 4 inches of foam over a hard floor. A 3-4 inch twin mattress with a stained cover was in the bedroom closet. The sheets provided were full sized. Can not imagine sharing the futon with a second person. Bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable either. Apartment was not well supplied; for example, no dish towel or paper towels in kitchen and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Also no facecloths - this is a US accommodation, so would have expected it. Curtains in bedroom could not be closed if you wanted to run the window air conditioner (it was in the 90's, so we did). There should be a blind or shade that can afford privacy. On the p!us side - the wifi was very fast.

Negatives: 1. The supposed 500 sq ft unit is poorly laid out for 4 people to stay (2 adults + 2 little kids). The layout, with the stove and a large fridge took away a lot of usable space compared to a nominally smaller hotel room (say a 300 sq ft one).. It was meant to be an apartment for 1 adult (perhaps a couple of slim build) to live. As my wife noted, the bathroom sink is tiny. The photographs on Expedia are factually accurate, but helped by an unusal bright day and the skills of the photographer. 2. There is no ventilation. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom closet, but it's not install. There is no vent in the entire unit otherwise. The unit was as a result extremely stuffy while outside temperature is not higher than 70 degree in the days leading to our 1 night stay. 3. Next door to the unit is a personal trainer's studio. The loud stumping is felt throughout the apartment from 7:30am to 9am, presumbly when the most of the customers finish their workout and go off to work. I shudder to think what it might be like in the apartment on a weekend day. Pluses: The location of the apartment is decent, only about 6 minutes walk to the subway, and the neighborhood seems in the process of being gradually "gentrified" -- something like the Alphabet City (aka "East Village") 5-10 years ago.

Everything was great! Great communication with the owner. Of we needed something they were there to help. Enjoyed every bit of our stay!

Clean & Simple. Good location. Quiet. Nice. No bugs.

Appartement très bien situé - à 10 mn à pied de Central Park, 15 mn de Columbia University. L'appartement lui-même est très calme, ce qui est appréciable à NYC- mais surtout parce que séjour-cuisine n'a pas de fenêtre du tout ! La chambre a une grande fenêtre mais qui donne sur une très petite cour. Peu de ventilation donc, ce qui peut devenir assez étouffant. L'appartement n'est pas sale mais le ménage pourrait être mieux fait - poussière importante dans les coins, tapis plutôt gris que blanc- Coté cuisine, un grille-pain, une poele pourraient être utiles. A part ça le lit est bien et le matelat d'appoint aussi. En conclusion un bon rapport qualité-prix dans l'ensemble ....

Lejlighedens beliggenhed er ganske fin. Kvarteret er lidt slidt men føles autentisk og ganske sikkert. Tæt på øverste del af Central Park og Broadway samt 3 Subwaystationer. Indretning OK, men der er kun ét vindue, og det vender mod en smal baggård, så ingen udsigt og dårlig udluftning. Rengøringen var ikke kommet ud i krogene, og det sparsomme køkkenservice måtte vi vaske en ekstra gang inden brug. Til gengæld superhurtig og stabil wi-fi.
