Awful experience with poor customer service provided.

Good place! A few things need replacing like the deck chairs by the pool but overall great stay.

The pool was dirty that we used as guest there are two pools.

Everything was amazing!

We were 20 minutes early and even tho the 3 rooms we books were ready, they made us wait or pay &20 we room for early check in. Very rude about it as well. Then they never showed up to fix the broken hair dryer.

Room very spacious and had fantastic ocean view..My check in was after hours was able to call ER number and was helped right away by friendly staff. Will def stay there again

Wonderful resort. The only problem was being put in the upstair room by the staircase that we couldnt use because of maintenance and had to walk to the other end to use the elevator. That wasnt to bad unless your hauling groceries bags up to the room. We will diffently stay again. Great location Great Staff. Housekeeping was outstanding.

The lady we worked with in the office made the very enjoyable and the surrounding was great

Thr location is amazing. Great bar, restaurant, pool and view of the water and sunset. No complaints!

The Resort is really nice. I met some of the staff at the pool and they are very nice and ask how my stay is going, if i need anything, is there anything broken that needs attention. Check in was quick. The office staff very nice as well. The pool area is beautiful, awesome musice, there's a bar and an adult pool. Fin for everyone. The Resort has beautiful sunsets. I plan to go back as soon as I can get days off again.

Fit the bill

It was quiet. Rooms were very nice. Shopping and clearwater beach was close. Wife and i are smokers, so was nice to be able to go out on the padio in the morning and enjoy a cyp of coffee.

The property looked like the photos on Expedia. The problems start from there. On my way to the property from the airport, the front desk called me and wanted to know when I was arriving, because they wanted to leave. Check in is at 3pm, and it was 2:15pm. Then you find out that the "resort" does NOT clean your room daily, they don't provide clean towels, and they only give you a tiny bottle of shampoo ! I had to negotiate to get new pool towels, and I was told it I want my room cleaned, they would charge me a large fee + tax ! There is no mention of this on Expedia. At least 2 months before arriving I extended my stay by 1 day, and the Front Desk had no idea how to handle the 1 day extension ! I received 3 phones calls and 2 texts telling me they had no record of the extension and then scrolled down and saw the extra day. I only dealt with 1 "Adult" at the front desk, as the rest looked fresh out of college and had no idea how to deal with people and more importantly Hospitality, which is that main service at "resort" is supposed to provide. It's shame, because the grounds are nice, the pool area is clean, and the rooms are good, just don't use the few towels they give you, because they won't provide you more. And if you want clean sheets and pillow cases, look elsewhere. They did offer me some detergent if I wanted to wash my own ! I've been traveling for more that 50 years and NEVER dealt with anything like this. You get charged a "RESORT FEE"
