Room was clean and what you would expect at this price point. The breakfast was very nice and the food was good and plentiful.

Convenient location in Baraboo. Great value for the price.

Cleanliness could be way better of the rooms as well as the pool and the condition of the furniture.

Everything was close by.

Not much of a selection for breakfast. Apples were the only fruit option. Biscuits premade from sams or somewhere like that, hard and cold. Bed hard as a rock. Trash out in hallway next door to our room when we checked in, more trash added to it. Was never picked up while we we're there. Same room radio blaring all night, banging on the walls. The only thing i could figure was the owners/ help lived in that room, because our linens and room was made up after first night. We will find another place to stay the next time we visit.

Good hot tub

It was a great room, with plenty of room to move around in, it was clean, the beds comfortable and the Breakfast was excellent.

Very thin walls. Coupd hear everything in the hallway as well. But bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great.

Staff was quite helpful and went above and beyond when they heard that I had misplaced my keys. Joshua Lancasten was a great help.

The room hasn’t had a full deep clean in awhile there’s so much built up dust around the baseboards and behind the night stands I was scared to fall asleep knowing that spiders leave there won’t stay there again. It’s not that hard to move a piece of furniture and clean behind it and also the fridge was also dirty

Booked the stay on Expedia. Front desk acknowledged Expedia booking. Next day turned in keys and asked for receipt showing zero balance. Clerk said nothing owed, get a receipt from Expedia. Checked my credit card later and discovered they knowingly double-billed me! Called the front desk and asked for a refund from Best Western and got the run-around, twice. Same thing happened at another Best Western in OH. Won't use Best Western again. Watch Out!

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee issues. Random hairs in our bathroom. Pool and hot tub were comfortable but definitely needed to be vacuumed.

It was a clean, quiet place to stay! Staff was friendly! Close to food and shopping!
