Check in was smooth, room was clean, hotel itself was clean. Only con I had was breakfast was same thing every morning tho, eggs, sausage and potatoes, and each morning had to find someone to turn on the drink dispenser.

The overall stay was fine. However, the mini-fridge was so loud that we actually had to sleep with the tv on. Everything else was great, but that one thing made for a very long night.

Cleanliness has declined drastically since last year when I stayed here for the first time. Will not return, bathroom looked clean at a glance, but it was not. Hotel is too newly remodeled to already have since build up in the corners and behind things like the sinks faucet. Grout on tile filthy.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The lobby, breakfast area, exterior, rooms, just everything is at such a high level of quality and luxury. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Definitely worth coming back to!

I liked the location. I didn't really care for our room. We were in the handicapped accessible room which was right next to the lobby. The heating/cooling unit left the floor damp which might explain the strange smell we noticed when we got to our room.

I did not get the room I reserved. The staff was dressed unprofessionally. One guys hair was out of control. The water pressure and temperature control was terrible. You can tell it had been Jerry rigged buy some hobby plumber. Holiday Inn should revoke their franchise for this place or completely overhaul it.
