Accessibility for people in wheelchairs is a fail. Bathroom is too narrow. Only parking area with a ramp is by the office even though I was given a room quite aways from there.

The refrigerator was filthy and food left inside.....UNCLEAN! The ice machine FILTHY.... I wouldn't let a pet use the ice from the machine nevertheless a human being!!!! We didn't take a shower.....the tub looked horrible! If it wasn't for a family member graduating from a nearby college in Florida we would have went back home!!!! I have pictures and reported it to the front desk!!!! No one has even responded 😡

The door would not lock deadbolt was not clean properly manager was very rude. I do not suggest this place for anyone to stay.

Last stay here. Restaurant closed. Just an ok place. Cheap and fairly clean.

I went out of my way in hopes to get a hotel with a hot tub and that was pet friendly. I put both of those filters on and I searched Tallahassee. I ended up getting links to this hotel

Terrible stay and harassed by management because of a service animal with documentation.

Not service pet friendly. Followed and forced to pay a fee for a registered service pet at the end of our stay. Which is against the law according to ADA regulation but this establishment does not care.

They were very wonderful and the breakfast was very good and hot. She made sure it stayed filled with food for all the guest

The room and the entire property was actually much cleaner than many higher priced places I have stayed. The only negatives would be the tv was extremely limited in channels and there was no guide. The area struggles for good cell reception and the motels WiFi wasn’t much help. Last but not least and no fault of Best Western but should I make the trip again I would likely look at staying in another city or town. Cairo is very limited for dining other than fast food and the only night life is the 6-7 channels on your tv. The entire city had a feel of time stopping somewhere between 1975 & 1985

The staff was not friendly. Asked for towels and was told that I had to wait until the next morning. Also the room smelled horrible. Had to go to Walmart to get odor killing spray. Killed at least a dozen roaches in the room. Would not recommend staying here.

The bed was very uncomfortable and I had problems with the sheets on the bed. Also the room didnt have cable tv. But the area doesnt have many options.

Just not cozy, but the bed was clean and comfortable

The service was great but the bathroom was generally not very clean. There was dirt on the shower wall, the showerhead sprayed water everywhere, and we found onion peels next to the sink.

I was lied to about check in time it was supposed to be 3, but we called and asked to come in early because we had been driving all night and needed to rest they said they would let us in at 1pm then there were issues and we needed to wait until 2 then more issues and we had to wait until 3:30 past original check in and he still made us wait another 45 minutes to get in our room staff was incredibly rude, room had roaches but was clean besides that, and loose wild animals like dogs and cats all around the property one was scratching at our door at around 2 am

Manager is rude and would not help us with an exta night stay. Shower rod was coming off wall and letting water all over the floor. Curtain to the room was fall off the wall. Unable to get Netflix or any other streaming on tv and to able to use the hdmi that was on the desk.only able to get one towel and wash cloth per person for the whole stay. Did not refill coffee or soaps. Someone messing with doors in the night. Unable to load pictures

The hotel was mostly unstaffed. Tried to reach the front desk several times to request towels and the logins just rung for HOURS. no one on property even when it was time to check out. I was in town for my grand mothers funeral with several other family members that stayed here also. Everyone had a horrible stay. I will not be staying with this chain ever again. Best Western needs to take their flag from this place. Not up to standards

Rooms had roaches, bed bugs toilet paper holder falling out the wall, the A/C had tape holding it together the control knobs were broken off. The two guys that work there didn’t seem concerned at all. I never leave reviews, but I had to. Disgusting..
