Bed was comfortable food was good

We really liked the hotel, it was clean, the rooms were cleaned every day, there was a good quick breakfast, the hotel was near the metro and that was important for us.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price.

It was the worse hotel that I've been in. Very dirty room, hallway and elevator. The room smelled so bad. The cleaning staff came the second day and eventually left dirty towels and used the same sheets. They did not clean the desk or the bathroom. I talked to the front desk and the guy said that he will have the manager calling me but the manager didn't. I was referred by the teacher that i was taking her class so I was telling her and other students heard me and said the same thing. The teacher said that she will definitely take them off her list. I pretty much was miserable the whole time and disgusted. I feel that they should contact me and giving me my money back. I will never recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you for following up and asking me for a feedback.

Hotel is exactly where I needed to be to see family and friends. Train is close by which is great. Restaurants very near which was perfect for my family

The hotel has no parking I felt Werid parking 3 blocks over . The beds weren’t bad it wasn’t dirty just little cosmetic work but overall it was fine breakfast was nice .

A horrible odor in the room.

This is a very dirty hotel. The lobby had dead bugs, empty food containers and chunks of hair on the ground. We requested a refund. We didn't get the refund but we still left and found different lodging. Do not stay here.

The hotel had a wet floor sign in the elevator for 2 days. Plus they gave us a room with a soaking wet rug which ruined our bags. They didnt rush to move us they only kept taking new patrons and left us till 6pm the next day in that room and they were told 24hrs before. Never again...

Wish had a parking area

Second time staying there first time was awesome. Second time had to kill a few cockroaches in restroom, and the elevator took extra long for only being 4 floors.

Would not recommend this property. Price should be less for this hotel.

The lock in the bathroom was broken and when I mentioned it, no one checked up. I mentioned it again at checkout and the clerk response was as if myself and my spouse didn't know how to unlock a door. I also requested a crib, but it was visibly, soiled/stained.

Property is Okay. Noise level little high. Generally, I would stay good hotel.

Horrible. Hôtel très bruyant. Le plancher grince énormément. Nous avons eu l’impression que les gens au dessus faisait du trampoline et ce pendant toutes les nuits de notre séjour au point que nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel pour la fin de nos vacances. Après plusieurs réclamations à la réception( 1h00am, 3h00am et 8h00am) car ce cirque durait depuis 3 nuits déjà le personnel a rien voulu faire et était d’une très mauvaise fois. ( Greg ). Le petit déjeuner était correct ainsi que la propreté de la chambre. Bon emplacement à 2 pas du métro.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, the rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and the location couldn't have been more convenient—close to public transport, and key attractions. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like toiletries. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the common areas were quiet and well maintained. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not available for all customers. It was so frustrating. For a hotel that gets everything else right, I hope they invest in improving this aspect soon—especially for guests who need to work or stream. Overall, I’d happily stay again. Just be prepared to use mobile data if reliable internet is a must

Great location! Very safe and short walk to restaurants and stores. Very quiet.
