The beds in our room were missing protective padding on the corners, and as a result, both my sister and I hit our shins multiple times, causing visible bruising and discomfort. This not only created a painful experience, but it also raised serious concerns about the safety standards being maintained at your property. We spoke tona gentleman in managment and he stated he had hit his a couple of times himself and will have aomeone look at it. I told him we were going to an appt. and our personal belongings were not put away. When we returned from appt. ,office was closed. We attempted the next day as well, and management wasn't there. We checked out that day.
We believe this issue could have easily been prevented with proper attention to detail and maintenance.

The room was ok but the front desk and elevators are old and not updated. The room was spacious. It said non-smoking but smelled of smoke so I sprayed the room. Otherwise the room was clean.
