Best Western Plus Irvine Spectrum Hotel

This is our go to hotel when in Orange County. We’ve enjoyed our stay and everything was nice as usual. Only slight downfall this time was we were in room 305 and the pull out sofa was very difficult to pull out. Other than that as expected and would stay again

Another great stay! We always have a relaxing stay. Fantastic self serve coffee bar in the lobby (Oops! Out of order on this visit 😪). Great breakfast to start our day, and a quiet night for sleeping! Thank you.

Great property and it’s close to everything. Only down fall is the dryer. It’s $4 to wash an to dry. Had spent $16 for drying and it still wasn’t dry yet. I would have went to the laundromat but I had my littles with me. Over all it Was a good stay.

Older property with clean, comfortable, updated rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is really good. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Estamos viajando entre amigos e tinhamos muitas coisas no quarto, não queriamos que o quarto fosse arrumado, mas pelo regulamento a cada 3 dias tinha que ter sido arrumado uma vez, até ai tudo bem! A pior parte foi no checkout: 1. Acusaram a gente de que tinhamos pegado/roubado 3 cabides de madeira das 8 que tinha no quarto, não sei por qual motivo pegariamos isso, sendo que quando chegamos só tinhamos 5, até ficamos sem espaço direito pra pendurar as blusas. Falei que não tinha 8 cabides e insistiram que tinha, que é padrão de todos quartos, até que pedi pra provar com fotos de antes de entrarmos, e deixaram quieto. 2. Acusaram de termos 8 pessoas no quarto, pelo simples fato de que tinha 8 escovas (4 normais e 4 elétricas), tinhamos comprado escova elétricas e as normais iam pro lixo depois da viagem. 3. Me cobraram $50 de taxa de limpeza extra por causa que deixamos duas caixas de papelao do tamanho bagagens de mão no quarto, falei que tiraria na hora nós mesmos, mas elas disseram que como já foi o checkout e não poderia, tentei insistir mas não deixaram, deixei passar pois estavamos com pressa pra sair. Enfim, eramos os únicos asiáticos do hotel, não sei se é algo contra nós, pois quando iamos tomar café da manhã, desde o primeiro dia parecia olhar a gente com desgosto, e quando vinha latinos davam bom dia e tudo com toda atenção.

It was a little far from places I thought but other than that, our stay was wonderful. Very nice and friendly.

Un hotel muy bien cuidado , limpio y con personal muy amable !! Los cuartos cuentan con lo necesario para pasarla Agusto ,amplios y las camas cómodas , lo único un poco raro es tener el lavabo afuera del baño en el tocador ajajaa pero fuera de eso el resto es súper !! Además tiene estacionamiento gratuíto y el desayuno sencillo pero bueno , el señor q prepara al momento los huevos y tocino es muy amable al igual q el encargado del restaurante , para nosotros fue un 10/10 volveré sin dudar a hospedarme aquí!!

Overall good stay. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was probably the only thing I disliked. Room key also stopped working a couple of times.

The cleanliness of the hotel was fine. The problem with the hotel was the guest upstairs male and female were fighting and screaming at each other. We had to report it to the desk two times before they decided to do something about it if I pay for a room, I shouldn’t have to listen to a couple fight at four in the morning when I’m trying to sleep maybe they should get divorced that will solve the problem. If that doesn’t work the hotel staff should take action on the first phone call and not wait for the second. It was a complete inconvenience for my family. maybe you could try soundproofing the floor where we don’t have to hear a couple stomping around on the floor and screaming at the top of their lungs.

I have stayed here for many Christmases. This year, the room, specifically the carpet, was the cleanest it has ever been. On Christmas day, someone mopped the exterior walkways. This place was soooo clean. Everything is freshly painted. The breakfast had real food, like eggs and sausage, not just doughnuts. The only little thing is the bed was too soft for me. It was an excellent stay.
