Best Western Plus Landing View Inn & Suites

The property is convenient to the landing and downtown area. The staff were friendly. That is all the good I can say. Unfortunately the 1st night we stayed the main road side, the traffic was so loud we couldn't sleep. The next morning I asked to be moved and the staff worked with me to move me interior side later that day. While we waited we went sight seeing and left the do not disturb placard on the door. We came back to switch rooms to find out placard was gone from the door and the staff had been in the room to tidy up. We did not notice anything missing but we did not want them in our room, thus the sign on the door. The pics for the property are deceiving, the property needs renovating! The rooms I would equate to a $39.95 roadside motel, not worth the over three times that price that I had to pay. I have stayed at Best Westerns in different areas and they were always better than this.

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay with a friendly staff. The rooms are dated, but well maintained. Overall a good value for the price. Located close to downtown Branson and The Landing.

Think more of a 1970s vibe motel that they have attempted to modernize. While the rooms were updated, they weren't the cleanest nor felt the safest.

Perfect location for being in Downtown Branson and close to the Landing. Hotel is dated, but well kept and clean. Breakfast had large variety of offerings compared to many we have had at other locations. Friendly and helpful staff!

Front desk was very nice on check in. The breakfast hostess was fantastic. Room was very clean with comfortable beds

Room was very clean. Came in to a body relaxing on the bed made out of towels so that was definitely a great touch

Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was a bit lacking (limited options, too salty) but everything else was great.

Room was smaller than advertised and had a strong odor. Outlets didn’t work and room not cleaned.

1 nite stay to see a show. Room was way overpriced for the low quality of room. Our window faced on-property apartments and everything was in disrepair.

Rooms need to be updated. Door barely shuts, door seal allows weather in. Mattress needs changed.

Walking distance to the Landing, difficult to access off a very busy road. Very tight parking area. Breakfast was very good, rooms are tidy n comfortable.

This hotel was an affordable option for staying in Branson and was in a great location for walking aound the historic part of town. It was clean, quiet and had free parking, however, the included free breakfast was quite average in quality and selection. Although the room had a refrigerator and coffee maker, there was no microwave which was sorely missed. We would stay here again as it is a good value for the location.
