Enjoyed our stay

Front desk staff had no personality she reminded us of a female version of Sheldon. Liked the inside pool and jacuzzi. Room was clean beds comfortable.

Good place to stay. Pretty clean and well maintained. Staffs were friendly and had good breakfast options. Thank you.

Quelle déception en arrivant à cet Hotel… normalement la gamme Best Western Plus propose des hôtels un peu haut de gamme mais là dès la réception on se rend vite compte que ce n’est pas le cas … la personne au Check in est pas du tout aimable et pas arrangeante… nous avons eu une chambre destinée aux personnes à mobilité réduite … super … la chambre pas du tout moderne surannée… lavabo bouchée … chaîne de sécurité manquante sur la porte … matelas pas du tout confortable…. Couette déchirée…frigo complètement givré…Extérieurs très sale et pas entretenus… un scandale à la vue du prix payé … Seul le petit déjeuner était correct.

The breakfast food was cold, we had a staff member walk into are room in the morning without knocking and in are suite with the jacuzzi tub there was stains in the tub

Small but nice rooms. Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is tiny and our toilet was broken :(

Ants in bathroom.

I will say common spaces and grounds they work to keep clean and tidy. Overall the place is outdated. I don’t feel like the room itself was very clean. There was dust, hair in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, stains on the curtains, crumbs under the mattress cover. Another thing that felt concerning to me based off of other places I have stayed was I never once saw anyone tend to the pool. It was quite and did feel safe.

Enjoyed the area, lobby was inviting. Breakfast room was convenient and good selection. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet room and comfy beds. Breakfast was really nice and they had a nice coffee machine out front.

When I was gonna check in there was a young lady showing a video of ants on her bed. Telling me not to stay here. I didn’t listen to her and found my room in great condition.

Not enough staff at check in at 4pm and there was a long back up line.

There is an old lady who is prejudice on my granddaughters. She was saying we were running around and being noisy when we were in the shower plus getting ready for bed. She is very rude. She worked the morning shift and this needs to be attended to. There were other people running around and slamming doors late that night.

Room above us was up all night running and bouncing around. After multiple complaints hotel staff refused even a partial compensation.

Hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast option were very good. I would stay there again with no hesitation

The pool was very cloudy, but perhaps this was better because the amount of clumps of hair floating in it kept get caught on my hands as I swam around

Pleasant staff and easy parking. Overall, good place to stay!

The ease of getting rooms, the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the comfort of the rooms made it all a pleasant experience.
