No heat in the room and it was 35 degrees that night. Bathroom wasn’t completely clean. Everything else was good.

The hotel looks very nice and clean; however, it was noisy and the pillows were half size pillows. I’ve never seen ones like these on a bed. Also, it was freezing and there was no heat in the room. The shower was like warm, never got hot. The staff was all so nice.
