Everything was wonderful. Room was very clean. Actually, the lobby, dining and pool area were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pancake machine, juice bar, espresso bar, yogurt machine and hot food. Wish all hotels were like this one. We will definitely be back when we come thru Winslow again.

Overnight stay while traveling. Was looking for a safe place and this was perfect. Everything was up to my standards. Just wish breakfast was offered until 10am but my loss.

Stayed overnight during a cross-country family road trip. I interacted with at least four members of your staff (two in the evening shift, and two in the night shift), and had very positive interactions. Their positive attitudes, helpfulness, and mastery of customer-service is an asset to your team.

Hotel is next to the freeway and it's convenient. Our room was clean and appreciated the access to a heater. It was freezing temperatures outside. Breakfast was also good, thank you.

The staff were friendly. The overall property was clean. The water fountain has a bottle refill station though the water tastes like a swamp. The breakfast had a variety to choose from but don’t eat the eggs or pancakes, those were gross. Lots of truckers and a truck stop in the area. We plan to stay in town next time.

The staff were ok but not overly friendly. The rooms were ok but not insulated from the rooms so not quite. The mattress was ok but not comfortable. The best was it was clean. Would choose another hotel next time.
