Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade, ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon im sechsten Stock. Die Rezeptionistin Nicole erklärte uns auch die Updates, die wir durch unseren VIP Status bei EXPEDIA erhalten beim Frühstück bediente uns Naomi, der Service war perfekt. Sie schenkte uns auch noch drei kleine Gläschen mit Heinz Ketchup, ein super Mitbringsel für unsere Freunde, die gerne Ketchup essen. Nächstes Jahr planen wir, Florida wieder zu besuchen. Das Biltmore Hotel ist jetzt schon von uns für einen Aufenthalt wieder vorgesehen. Es ist einfach nur fabelhaft hier, der tolle Pool, der Spa, einfach alles.

The hotel is exquisite! We loved the well tended grounds, the variety of dining options and the incredible swimming pool which is one of the largest I’ve ever been in. The fitness center was large and well equipped. We particularly liked that the Biltmore is situated in a gorgeous neighborhood, ideal for walking. We will definitely a return.

The Hotel is historical and majestic and the room was lovely . One major bar was closed for renovation and the other was closed for private events ALL 3 nights we were there . They made NO attempt to accommodate the other hotel guests when we questioned the staff said they had their hands tied and suggested we speak to Management. When we requested to speak to someone in Charge we were told they are unavailable “ Many guests were upset not just my wife and me. There should always be a back up plan when hosting a conference or private event or just be a Conference center .

This is my fifth stay at the Biltmore. A fantastic property in terms of grandeur, history, pool, etc., but each stay has been marred by something different. Prior stays were plagued by malfunctioning HVAC, or super long wait times for room service, or plumbing issues. This stay it was a room plagued with mosquitos. We did not have any windows open. The room simply needs to be bug bombed. My daughters and I suffered from numerous bites, including one on my one daughter’s face which was not a good experience to say the least. We killed at least a dozen and it was still not enough. I brought this to the attention of management on day two of our five day stay, but no relief. I will not be coming back.
