The lobby and patio are very nice, with a fireplace and fire pit outside. Breakfast was good as well.

We had a pleasant day. Had a nice room with a balcony that looked out onto the creek. The view beyond the water was the side of another hotel and roadways. The food was OK. The cocktails were a bit of a miss, but the service was great. They offer pumped products in the bathroom, but the pumps either didn’t work or there was no product in the pumps so bring your own toiletries Into the shower

This place was absolutely disgusting. The room was full of ants/spiders on the bed and bathroom. it was also musty inside the room. I talked to the front desk and they said sorry we can’t do anything for you. Because you booked through a third-party. Expedia. I contacted Expedia, which contacted them and they refuse to do refund,I have the videos to prove it which I showed to them. and they noted it and apologized. What is an apology gonna do. the least they can do is refund its almost $200 dollars. For a room that we can’t even sleep in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. save your money and go somewhere else.

The hotel is centrally located. Check in was super easy and the staff were friendly. The property is beautiful and nicely appointed. We had two rooms during our stay, both had balcony's. The rooms were identical. The beds were super comfortable. So the downside. We were given room 602. When we walked in the room looked great but it had a smell of something. Not sure if it was mildew or what but my kids picked up on it immediately.. My youngest has pretty significant allergies and was pretty congested when we checked out today. The frustrating part was that someone named Jesse text me on day 2 of 4 and asked how our stay was.. I told her about the smell and she said someone would be in touch but no one ever reached out. When we checked into the next room we definitely noticed there was no smell like in our room. Not sure if I would stay here again. If I do I will check the room before we agree to stay in the room.

It was a great choice for our stay. It was near all restaurants and onsite facilities were excellent.

Very nice hotel, clean, easy to access. Walkable trail to the island.

The lobby is beautiful. Beds are terrible. Staff is friendly.

Room service was mediocre.

Daily housekeeping was terrible. Basically straightened bedding and restocked towels. A few days the trash wasn’t changed.

Family of 5- spent a lot of time looking for a hotel that would fit us and have a nice ambiance. We enjoyed the Black Fox it was off the Main Street and we enjoyed the river view room. The daily breakfast which we added had something for everyone and was well worth eliminating choosing one meal for the day- iykyk. The staff was very friendly.

Room door left open after the room was served. Manager on duty would not return my phone call. Was charged for service I didn’t even use. Absolutely horrible experience especially when you’re on vacation.

It was close to everything, newer property for the area, could have beeb slightly cleaner in the room, pillows weren’t great.

I like the overall location in relationship to most of the attractions around Pigeon Forge.

The morning and day staff was amazing. The night guy was nit nice at all. The property is very clean but the room was very musky smelling. We could not get in the pool due to kids all the time. And the biggest thing to me was you will pay for all food. No free breakfast. The ladies that work the front desk are absolutely amazing. Very nice and respectful.

The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs child and baby in the group and they assured us that the room would be done but again it wasn’t. This time we found a wonderful housekeeper who did our room right away (not fully but she did the garbages and the towels.)When we ran into staff members over the following days they said of you’re in “X” room and it felt really obvious that they had been talking about us and made us question if we were wrong for asking for the room to be flipped. Those interactions made us feel like some of the staff could be highly unprofessional which was unfortunate because there are so many positives with the property in general.

Clean, good parking

We did have a balcony over-looking the small river. However, we couldn’t seem to get that when we tried booking for it a month in advance, and then they asked if we would like to upgrade to it for $10 extra per night when we arrived?! Also, you had to walk from the parking lot dodging goose poop if you wanted to use the sidewalk! Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
