직원들이 친절하고 숙소가 깨끗했습니다. 로키국립공원, 에스테스 레이크와 가까워서, 주변을 여행하기가 좋았습니다. 뜨거운 물이 안 나올까 걱정했는데, 반대로 따뜻한 물을 사용하면 세면대에 찬 물이 안 나와서 조금 불편했습니다. 이것 말고는 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다!

Even though 10% full would not give us ground floor room. Forced 80 years old couple to carry luggage 3 flights of stairs. TV not working. HVAC not working

I had a good stay at this hotel. No complaints perfect for a few nights to see estes park. It was easy to find and check in was fast. Lots of parking and very walkable. When I got to my room it was a nice little room. The only thing that was off was the temperature. It was so hot in that room! Obviously I turned on the ac but it was an older one so it was very loud and the ac was fared away from the bed, so cold air didn’t really reach the bed. So it was very hot in my room the whole night so I just decided to leave the window open, which was extremely cold. The fridge was sometimes going off being a little loud at night but that didn’t bother me to much. I only slept there one night so it wasn’t as big as an issue. Besides that I had a nice view on the mountains and a nice little breakfast to start the day. Check out was easy as well.

Our room was spacious and clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Check-in was easy, breakfast was good, all around a great stay.

A great little roadside motel that is exactly what you want it to be. Nicely updated, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and a great price.

It was very quiet

Spacious room, warm and cozy bed. Fridge and microwave a plus. Beautiful location, quiet and safe. The morning breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful! Happy with our stay!

The bed is super comfy, beautiful view! Room was nicely spacious. Little things to fix and update as they go along like furniture in the room, pretty wobbly, and tub handles/drain fixtures that need screwing on better. Nice to be able to open windows! Love frrsh air to sleep in. Very nice front desk person. Got a better rate thru expedia. Only reasonable place with a hottub in the room!

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Had two rooms for me and a friend in her kids. Both of them were cute and clean. They allow animals for a small deposit.

Reasonable price, quiet, clean, dog friendly

Close to town, not too far from good hikes, and clean beds. The pack and play was pretty old and dirty, but most people won’t need that.

Nice little hotel! Spacious jacuzzi suite, hot water and great water pressure. Would definitly stay again!

Picked this one based on reviews, Check in was quick and the Staff pleasant. My card was ran early on the day of check in, which was weird as I was supposed to pay upon check in. The parking lot had not been cleared but I was advised that there was someone coming. They did eventually show up but I think they just pushed the snow around. The lot in front of our room was never shoveled and it was at least 6in deep, we stayed a few days, the snow was still there when we left. The room was clean but out dated. The floor is in need of repairs. The room has a wall heater that didnt seem to heat the room very well. I had called the front to see what could be done and I was told if the room didnt heat in 30 mins I could be moved to another room, We just bundled up and eventually it warmed up. The smoke detector was missing. The bathroom was very small but clean. The water pressure was good and the water was hot. Would pass on this one next time around.

2nd time here. Will continue to stay here. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but didn’t choose the Inn for a gourmet breakfast
