보워리 그랜드 호텔 - 호스텔

공간이 매우 좁고 청결도가 매우나빴다. 직원들도 그리 친절하지 않은 상태인것 같다. 씻는 공간도 지저분하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 장소이다.

최악입니다. 이런 호텔을 추천하다니 호텔스닷컴에게 실망입니다.

지하철은 가까우나 방에 공간이 협소하다 캐리어 풀 공간이 없다. 창문도 없다. 자다가 뒤척이면 바닥과 키스한다.

어차피 잠만 하루 잘 계획이었기에 맨해튼에서 가장 싼 호텔을 고르다보니 이 곳을 택했는데요. 교통은 매우 편리합니다. 우선 뉴욕 케네디, 라구알디아 공항 어디서든 지하철 J타고 한 번에 올 수 있고요. 다운타운인지라 맨해튼 어느 곳이든 오고 가기에 매우 편리합니다. 직원분들 매우 친절합니다. 그러나 호텔 시설은 가격만큼 밖에 되지 않는다는 거. 객실은 한국의 고시원 수준 생각하시면 됩니다. 게다가 제 방은 환풍기에서 너무 찬 바람이 한 여름에 가지고 온 옷들 모두 껴입고 자야할 정도로 추웠습니다. 침구 세탁 상태가 별로여서 덥고 자면서도 많이 찝찝했고요. 공용 욕실이다보니 청결 상태 큰 기대 하지 않으시는 편이 좋을 겁니다.

This property is CLOSED due to a fire a couple of months ago. They didn't let me know and Expedia wouldn't refund me. Thankfully I booked alternative accomodation after Googling the hotel and finding out about the fire. I even went to the hotel during my time in NY and it's completely boarded up. Not a good experience to be messed around like this as others won't know it's closed until they get there.

Staff seemed friendly enough, but you're getting what you pay for. Not a single horizontal surface to set anything on aside from the bed, so I ended up tying the trash can liner around the interior door knob so I could turn the trash can upside down and use it as a bedside table. The inclusion of a wall mounted fan was nice though.

Un cauchemar !! !!!!! Moins de 5m2, pas de fenêtre et aucune aération. Aucun nettoyage durant un séjour de 12 jours. Hotel crasseux, des drogués partout dans les couloirs et les toilettes communes et très sales. La nuit impossible de dormir, à cause du bruit. des voisins agressifs qui nous ont insultés car on voulait dormir. Insécurité permanente. Le personnel n'a jamais rien fait pour nous aider, et ne vidait même pas les poubelles !!!!!! des bestioles partout, mon mari piqué sur tout le corps. Et pour couronner le tout, l'hotel a pris feu le dernier jour de notre séjour. Nous y avons perdu un disque dur et un ordinateur. Nos affaires ont été inondées par les pompiers et nous avons du jeter une partie d'entre elles. On a de la peine à croire ce que nous racontons mais vous pouvez tout vérifier ! La direction a exigé que l'on paye toutes les nuits d'avance, ce qui nous a empêchés de chercher ailleurs.

The place was terrible,dirty,fillthy and people were high and vomiting in the sharing restrooms

The hostel doesn't have a working email address or phone line.

cheap stay only and couldn't get you more than that.

The room was okay in regards to the price, but the bathrooms could have been much cleaner.

this is by far the worst hotel I have ever come across.. No one should stay here even for free

Most of the bathroom was not working. The ones that is needs renovation immediately. I think it fails a lot of fire codes and habitant regulations

They had a good customer service but I was not overall pleased with the property ,It was so dirty and stinky especially the bathroom and they might consider having the washing machine somewhere far from the room or atleast operate certain times and not during the night when we’re trying to sleep (it was loud) .They should enforce security pretty much smelt cigarettes,someone was smoking inside

It's cheap and in a good location but other than that it's very very bad. The entrance door at the bottom of the stairs is always open. I walked in to three kids smoking weed on the stair case, this was my welcome to the hotel. Got up stairs, was allowed in , I looked around and I felt like walking back out but I'm in a new country and after a 10 HR flight I just wanted to sleep. It smelt bad, I went to my room to find a stained towel folded in the bed which had stands of black hair. I washed for a different room, the second was no better but at least a bit cleaner. There's lots of homeless people in there, asking for money as you walk in and out the hotel, the bathrooms and toilets OMG! It's beyond bad. I closed my eyes to have a shower, I used McDonald's toilets all through out my stay, wash hand basin was blocked and full of used water. It's cheap but it's horribly bad in there. I was counting down days to leave. Now I left.. I definitely will not return. But the guys there are nice, mainly Chinese I guess it's a family business. You are also close to little Italy and the subways. If you can afford elsewhere , do go elsewhere.
