The room was clean, quiet, and well cared for

Not happy that after we got all unpacked and settled for a 4 night stay, found TV had " No signal." Sat Desk check in person checked with COX who could not fix till klTuesday. (holiday weekend." Not happy as we reserved for 4 nights in a room with no TV. We were able to change rooms the next AM, thankfully..

Great shower. Easy walk to beach through the neighborhood, but a giant staircase to get down to the beach so be ready. Room was clean bed very firm. They could use new pillows. The towels were terrible super thin cheap motel like. Otherwise room has everything you need. They do need to clean under the platform bed as there was a whole bunch of debris underneath it and somebody’s old sock. Or just don’t look under the bed. Convenient location. Coffee shop very close and the Hamburger Hut. City center to Encinitas is a bit of a walk. If you’d like to walk. All rooms are accessed from the interior so that is good, but the halls/doors show a lot of wear and tear. Anyways, overall we liked the place felt like a surfer hotel, kind of.

One of the rooms wasn’t made, although we left the sign asking it to be cleaned.

Great location near everything nice big room

The man at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy.

Remodeled bathroom and high ceilings on the upper floor rooms made our stay comfortable .

Great Stay!

Friendly staff! Comfortable beds. Room was a bit small, but we didn’t come to spend time in the room! Great location-easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Free parking.

After staying at the Brisa Pacific hotel I am very surprised with the good average customer rating.

Close to the beach.

The room was ok but the light from the outside on the street made so bright in the room. It was awful.

The property needs serious upgrading. The location is excellent ,and with a major facelift, this could be an excellent hotel. the carpeting is very warn and deep dirt that really could not be cleaned. Staff friendly, modest breakfast, bed mattess, sheets, blankets are budget hotel grade. Bahtrroms very small but not much can be done for space in an remodel. Pet friendly apparently in every room, so you always had the feeling you were in not a super clean room. Unless ownership made major upgrades, I would not stay at this hotel in the future.

The cleaning staff was so friendly.

The front desk staff were extremely nice & accommodating. The location was excellent — mere minutes from Steppingstone and a walkable distance (down the beach) to Moonlight. If I ever return to Encinitas, I’d stay here again.

Friendly staff and easy location

Stayed here from Mon to Fri and paid $742. It was worth it. It’s per diem money anyway. Stonesteps beach is a 5 minute walk and it’s really nice. Hearing the train early in the morning sucked, avoid room 209 because people walk out of the hotel and slam the door late at night. Room 209’s restroom leaks a lot when you shower. Had to use a couple of towels to soak up the water from the floor. Other than that this hotel is really nice in a nice area. Staff is friendly, housekeeping everyday, and the room is nice. Would definitely stay here again just a different room.
