Not very clean, kinda skanky. I'd say the emphasis is on "budget". But, check in was quick, easy, and polite, the area was quiet, the bed was firm and seemed pretty clean. OK for a quick overnight before or after crossing the border, but I will probably look elsewhere next time.

I never leave reviews, but i have too on this one. I know, I know...cheap aint good and good aint cheap....but come on. You have to have some standards when it comes to the cleanliness of a guest room regardless of the price. Just to name a couple, used bloody band-aid stuck to the inside of the shower curtain, yellow stains on bedding sheet, dirty towels left in room from past guest. Dirty towels folded as clean and new. The bathroom had 1 light bulb out of 3 on the fixture and even that one blew out in the middle of the night. Obviously, first and only time staying at this property.

Staff was rude and disrespectful. Place looked like a rent by the Hour/Day/Week/Month motel. Not a Hotel. My wife made reservation literally 8 minutes while driving down I-8. We arrived at the location. Which was sketchy as hell. We tried to cancel the reservation. However, they refused to refund anything. Stating it was too close to check-in time, and the reservation was priced at their lowest price. WHAT????? Long story short. A Ghetto hotel in a schetchy neighborhood! Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!

The representative who checked me in was nice but its a very run down property... Nothing like the pictures. Dirty, the latch lock on the inside of the main door was taken off. There appeared to be blood on the frame of the door (inside) and in the bathroom. There was a wad of red/blond hair in the shower wall. The A/C was so loud it sounded like a loud motor taking off. I DONOT recommend this place what so ever! Took pics and they are not uploading!

Walls and floors are stained. Shower curtain has mildew and stains. Old furniture. Sheets and pillows has stains and smelled bad. Like the saying goes: you get what you pay for.

This place is calm, I been renting here and they are very nice, been able to do my college assignments; which I have A's & B's, thank you, be comfortable, sleep well, shower well, the environment vibe is very soothing definitely this place got my heart in it, time of experience I won't forget.
