No habia nada de lo que ofrecieron en la oferta, no wifi,no desayuno,no terraza,no asador, habitacion sucia,aire acondicionado en malas condiciones, una de las camas era tan dura que preferi dormil en un matres inflable so perdi 98 dolares, llame a expedia y me queje ellos quedaron en devolverme un cupon de 25 dolares que todavia no me ha llegado, de verdad una mala experiencia.

El servicio al cliente. Muy bueno pero las instalaciones en demasiado abandono baños tuve q lavarlo tenian moho el toilet, la bañera llena de moho y llena de telas de arrañas, moho sucio totalmente el baño yo lo tuve q lavar por completo mis hijos les encontre BED BUG en su cuello en la cama debajo de las camas llena de basura no recomiendo este lugar para quedarse lo unico bueno fue q la persona q nos atendio fue amable y q las instalaciones afuera de los cuartos estaban limpias y era muy calladas pero de lo demas NO.

One of the worst places I've ever stayed at. This place is so far past it's prime, its run down, the Motel sign is no longer lite, the stair's are all rusted, in general the place looks almost abandoned. The room smelled damp, looked clean enough, some of the power sockets did not work. The TV did not work, the free wifi was slow as hell, not even worth using. Now onto the bathroom. No shower head, the water continued to drip from where the show head should have been, and then the black mold was all over the wall. When I went to checkout I could not find any one to discuss this issue with, when hotels.com tried, they refused to inspect the room, and also would not consider any kind of partial refund, of the $150 it cost me for the night.

The worst place to sleep. I almost went to sleep in my car. Stinky, dirty, stains on the towels, dusty table and dresser, Cobb web on the windows, carpet dirty. I was very tired but never slept and left before 7 am. No continental breakfast as indicated on the website. Adding an insult to the injury overcharged by hotel.com. I hate what they call taxes and recover fee whatever it means almost equivalent to the price of the motel.

This was an older hotel in need of updates. There was obviously some “rough” looking people living in units downstairs. Loud music was heard at 3:30am.

One of the worst hotel with the price range. Very old hotel and service is extremely poor and human can’t stay that kind of hotel. I always prefer Hotel.com but this time onwards I will never book through Hotel.com or suggest anyone.

It worse.. very dirty and bad smell.. location is very unsafe.. the pics shown are not what you see there..

It is very disappointing of staying there. They say breakfast but nothing is there except coffee. there is no cleanness in the room. I would never stayed there if known the condition

Dirty and broken! This place is really bad. Dirty floor, dirty towel (had brown "dirt"), dirty shower, dirty walls, dirty sink. Maintenance issues, shower head broken, lights burned out, holes in the walls, broken windows, sink falling off the wall, heating registers rusted and broken, a/c loud stinky and missing knobs Room stinks of old smoke and dirt No trash cans, no remote for the TV Staff knocking on the door two hours before check-out to clean the room Bugs in the room

not well kept up. was not appealing at all in fact I did not stay there based on what I saw and did not stay there. Requesting a refund on my credit card.

Air conditioner not working , no break fast , no basic amenities

I made a big mistake select this hotel because it’s very bad room and bathroom

Don't waste your time or money very rude and have bed bugs and they don't wanna give me a refund

Well WAS FINE NO MUCH TO SAY, because we only slept there MICRO WAVE, TV , OK.

This place was old and decrepit. It belongs in scary movies. My son and I could not stay there.

The hotel was ok no complain not the best but was good

Very very very minimal and basic. No fridge. No microwave. Bathroom door doesnt close. Extra mattress extremely dirty and had stains.

It was not good. The rooms were bad, unclean and not fit enough to stay. We were told complimentary breakfast but nothing was there. Overall experience was bad.
