직원들의 친절도는 매우 좋음. 숙박 상태도 가격대비 나쁘지 않음. 다만 위치가 꽃가게 골목에 위치하고 있어서 새벽에 차들로 인해 많이 시끄러움

Great hotel in a perfect location for a weekend getaway. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only critic would be size of the bathroom where you can barely open or close the door if you’re inside.

Hotel is well located near transportation and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and cultural activities. Room felt nice and clean- the bathroom was small and toilet cover was loose, which was annoying but other than that it was a pretty good place to stay

👍: Friendly staff. Store luggage before and after check-in & out. Clean rooms and lobby areas. Mini fridge & microwave. Good size room with a sofa (King Deluxe room). A/C worked well. Convenient location. Close to several subway lines. Located in the flower district, so streets are lined with plants and flowers. 👎: extremely small sink with an off-centered faucet & flat basin ledge so water constantly dripped onto the floor when washing up. Bed was comfortable but the bedding could be upgraded - pillows were a bit flat and hard, sheets were fine but only had a single regular type blanket.

Great location, close to MSG, rooms are small (to be expected in the city) but very nice, comfortable beds & pillows. Pleasant staff.

Friendly staff and super walkable location. Wasn’t too loud at night considering how centrally located it is. Hotel room was comfortable. Would recommend.

Great place to stay in NYC

Staff was amazing! But the walls are PAPER THIN! Even more than other hotels we've stayed in. Our room was connected to another by a door, and we could hear even when people where talking at a low voice. Unfortunately, our neighbors were up all night. Making our stay really uncomfortable.

Convenient location, close to subway. Clean rooms and easy check in and out. Traveled alone for business and felt totally safe.

Great hotel, great location, staff were incredible and overall I was blown away by this place. If I had one criticism it would be there were only two lifts and you had to wait a couple of minutes for them occasionally. Otherwise in terms of location, staff and value for money you won’t beat this place. A real gem.

Very conveniently located near EVERYTHING, yet still quiet and peaceful. I can’t say enough about the service! The staff are ALL extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was relatively quiet and spacious but without a view; the roof terrace was also very pleasant. The bed/mattress was sagging on both sides. The bathroom is tiny; to close the bathroom door you have to stand between the toilet and the sink; otherwise the door stays open when you do your business. The closet doors squeak and creak like something from an old castle.

I have stayed at many hotels in NYC but the Cambria is my favorite so far. It’s clean and quiet and in a convenient location. I’m staying there again in a week.

Property and rooms were clean and nicely kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to everything you need, transportation and shopping/dining, etc. No complaints other than there was no hot water one night and the ice machine in the wee hours will Wake you up. Other than that, it was fantastic and I would stay here again.

Overall it was fine but hotel prices are so high in NYC that you never feel like you’re getting a good deal.

Kelpo hotelli. Hyvä sijainti vähän etäämmällä Time Squaren hulinoista, kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä monista nähtävyyksistä ja ostosmahdollisuuksista. Ystävällinen palvelu. Matkalaukut sai jättää säilytykseen ennen huoneen saantia ja huoneen luovutuksen jälkeen. Jonkun verran kadun äänet kuuluivat yöllä huoneeseen mutta sitä tuskin voi välttää Manhattanilla.

The property needs updating. The rooms are a bit tattered and the mattress is very springy and squeaky. My HVAC kept turning off and not restarting without a call from maintenance.
