커낼 로프트 호텔

숙소의 청결상태가 불량하고 숙소 내부 시설(샤워 및 수도꼭지) 사용이 불편함. 화장실 변기에서 물이 새며, 벌레를 봄. 주변에 술집이 있어, 밤 늦게까지 시끄러움. 그러나 비싼 뉴욕 맨하탄의 숙소 시설 중 저렴한 편임.

Located in lower Manhattan, this hotel gives you more value than you bargain for. While cost almost half than other hotels in center area, it's location near metro stations and bus stops give you great access to any places in Manhattan. 24h Deli is nearby, Essex market is around 15 min. of walking distance. Room was not big, but cozy, and clean. Will use this hotel next time. If small fridge was there, it would have been perfect.

시설이나 위치, 가격이 혼자 묵기에 적절합니다. 지하철 역도 가깝습니다. 예산에 제약이 큰 상태이지만 도저히 도미토리는 안되겠다면 여기에 묵는 것이 최선입니다. 저도 맨해튼 숙소를 여럿 찾아봤지만 맨해튼에서 이 정도 숙박비에 호텔 독방인 곳을 찾기 어려웠습니다. 단, 조식은 나오지 않습니다. + 체크인을 맡았던 리셉션 직원이 아주 불친절하고 일하기 싫은 티를 너무 내서 황당했습니다. 인종차별은 아니고, 누구에게나 공평하게 불친절합니다.

kk투어 사용하기에 최적화된 호텔. 길게는 아니지만 잠깐 묶기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 생각보다 거리도 안전

I used dormitory room for 4 people. The room was small but the restroom was quite large and clean. But the terrible thing was that one of the roommates coughed all night so I couldn’t sleep. If she tried to cough quietly, I must have felt sorry for her. But she didn’t care other people at all. She looked like she was so proud of her coughing. Although I used dormitory, this is not the one that I can endure. Except it, the hotel was generally find. The location is good. It is easy to go to both the Middle Manhattan and lower Manhattan. Soho is 15 mins by walk. And I found some nice restaurant and bar near the hotel. I really enjoyed it. But staff were very very unkind.

The loft was a perfect inexpensive getaway for a concert nearby. The room was small and didn’t offer any fridge, microwave, or shampoo. It was a bargain find, so it met the need for the short trip.

Very nice staff, small room but was perfect for myself and my partner. We enjoyed our night in NYC very much, thanks in major part to how kind the staff at the hotel!

En siete dias que duró el hospedaje se limpió dos veces. Además, el estado de las habitaciones es inferior a las fotografías. Aunque esta bien ubicado, el sector es deprimido y da sensación de inseguridad.

It was alright for the price

Not a good hotel room trashed broken TV. Unsafe vibe checked out 3-4 days early.

When we arrived everyone had a variety of problems which was a red flag. The new was dirty with bodily stains and hair. When asked for a change of sheets, they said they would be there right away but it took an hour after going twice to the front desk. When we got new towels they also had blood stains. We asked for 2 towels because there was two of us but instead we got little sheets because there was no more towels. We had to share a towel. It’s not on the fault of the staff but the owner. Not enough staff

My room did not have the hook for the latch key; it appeared like it was removed. I felt unsafe and used some items like the iron board and side table to barricade the door. The door stop alarm I brought had no batteries! Unfortunately it was late at night when I notices and I did not want to go back downstairs to request another room. On second thoughts; I should have. I did mention it to the front desk when I checked out.

Good value for money! Most other places at this price point have shared bathrooms so I would say if you're not finicky this is a good bet. Beds are extremely short, I'm 5'1 and was comfortable but anyone taller may have issues. Staff seems to be dedicated/hardworking but property owners are clearly cheaping out on maintenance, I had a charred, blown out outlet in my room that was capped instead of spending the $5 to fix it.

La chambre était dans un état d’insalubrité inacceptable : draps sales, cheveux sur le lit, salle de bain douteuse… Les coussins et les sièges étaient visiblement très sales, avec des taches dont on ignore l’origine. Les couloirs sentaient fortement la marijuana, ce qui ajoute au sentiment d’insécurité et d’inconfort. De plus, la rue est extrêmement bruyante, rendant toute tentative de repos impossible, même avec les fenêtres fermées. Malgré mes signalements, aucune solution immédiate ne m’a été proposée. Je voyage souvent, et c’est la première fois que je suis contraint de rester dans des conditions aussi inacceptables. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement tant qu’un véritable travail de propreté, de sécurité et de gestion ne sera pas effectué.

Affordable no-frills hotel, many food options nearby

At the chek-in I had to pay quite a lot of extra charges that I didnt know about before. The room had no toilet paper, so I had to take it from the reception. There was a lot of noise in the room from a refrigerator and a water system. Overall, everything looks quited aged.

It's close to Chinatown and subway station. In my room, there's one celling light broken, the toilet missing toilet seat and cover, also the toilet leaking water and making noise all night long. There is no towel, no chair , no toothpaste and toothbrush in the room

The property was basically clean, but needs some repairs. There were no hangers in the closet, and we had to request towels for showering. It was the most basic, stripped down version of a hotel room, but the location was ok and we felt safe. The price was also good compared to other hotels nearby.
