Out dated elevator didn’t work well room service no good and hotel receipt didn’t match the the bill

Room 215 smelled terrible, like cigarettes. The bed broke in the middle of the night. I have attempted to contact the manager several times, who is never available. I would like a full refund.

My stay was amazing in front of the staff was amazing as well!!

It’s very convenient to restaurants and stores.

Great stay. Ive stayed here a few times before. My only complaint is the parking sucks! Not many spots in front of the property but plenty in the back if you want to walk past smokers every time you go in or out. I dont find it safe for anyone especially a woman being by themselves at night.

We were on our way to El Paso, Texas, for our sons wedding and rather than drive up early in the morning to catch our flight we stayed close to the airport and parking facility.

The front desk people are lazy and incompetent. There are other hotels very close by.

It was amazing

It was an enjoyable stay. The agent Husain was cold toward me when I asked for a first aide kit after I skinned my knees after a fall.

My room was not as clean as it should have been, the sheet cover had old stains on it. The soap dispensers were falling off the walls. Was told as soon as I walked in that there was no service so if I wanted clean towels I needed to bring them down to the laundry. The room and bathroom were not well cleaned there was still residue from whatever was there from the previous guest. My last night there it was extremely noisy outside my room door people were screaming and yelling.

Nice spacious clean room. Non-working HVAC, front desk unresponsive. Can easily hear people above you. Airplane noise, did not provide earplugs.

Smells like mold! Had a hard time breathing!

The manager was very unfriendly. Didn't get his name but Timeks was incredible. I'd go back again if she was in charge

While bed linens were clean, the room was dingy, worn looking. Hallways, elevator were dirty and smelly. Entire facility needs a coat of paint and deep cleaning ASAP.

The young lady at the front desk and the housekeeper were so sweet, kind and polite. So easy to talk with and polite.

The front desk when we got there was very pleasant. The smell as you walked in was horrible smelled like animal urine. In the elevator it was stained with dogs spraying on the stainless steal. We said something to the front desk and they just kind of laughed it off and rolled her eyes, but when we came back, it looked like they had been attempted to be cleaned up, but it wasn’t. It looked like they just mopped the floor when they needed to take some effort on the stainless steel above. Then when we got into the room, the recliner and there was broken, could not lean it back and the remote control back was broken, and the lamp on the side table was very very wobbly. So when I went into the bathroom, the toilet was clean sink was clean, shower not sure if it’s stained, but it looked dirty and then around the floor. I took a toilet paper and wiped along and there was a whole bunch of black nasty stuff that obviously wasn’t clean. I checked mattress for visible bed bugs saw none. The hallways smelled like animal urine too. You could just tell that there was not a lot of care and detail in cleanliness. Our stay there was very short. We just needed a place to sleep because my husband was going to the airport early the next morning we left at around 4 AM. I did not get any sleep. I thought it would be OK since it was a Candlewood Inn and suites. I do not recommend.
