The microwave touchpad wasn’t responsive and was stuck on 1:39. Couldn't turn off or change it. Smoke smell, perhaps window opened at times above smoking area. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I’ve stayed a few times simply because it’s the closest to my family but this time the rooms carpet had black stains, the tubs paint/covering was chipped…the last day the water wouldn’t get hot. I understand it was a holiday but I heard housekeeping every morning never once did they knock on the door to ask if we needed (extra/fresh) anything. The sample toiletries were nonexistent. The complimentary coffee room wasn’t stocked with goods/snacks to purchase. Again, I’ve stayed before but this time was disappointing.

A slight bit shabby, but the full kitchen is divine! Staff is polite, lots of dining options around the corner.

The facility was decent, but the internet was down the entire time. 75% of my work is online, so this made it quite difficult to get things accomplished.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft.

Nice quiet location. About 5 minutes or so from the highway.

First time staying here. Very clean & comfortable. There were lots of dining & shopping choices nearby.

Did not like pets are allowed...
