Property is rundown and needs updates. Location is great for the convention center and Collins. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to your room. AC unit was not reliable and made lots of noise. Music from the restaurant could be heard all night in room. You have to turn on your hot water and let it run for 5 to 10 minutes before it was warm in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful, but cannot outweigh the other issues at the property.

Modernized old hotel that need more improvements. Community areas are very old, dirty and seriously dated. Carpet is disgusting. Everywhere there is an horrible smell. Room with a broken window gettin humidity and noises coming from the exterior… pictures not exactly reflecting the property

You can get disappointed here in many ways. Property is dirty,front desk is not helpful, no room cleaning service, rooms are tiny and no space for any thing .

Good news-friendly, helpful staff; convenient location Not so good news-In the fine print is a mandatory $30/day service fee, in addition to other taxes/fees; small rooms with no chair or place to put luggage; no regular TV networks (random viewing); loud fan in heat/air conditioner came on every 10 minutes (night and day) and ran for 30 loud seconds; no coffee; no luggage storage after check-out

Mixed feelings about this place. Got the hotel closest to Miami Beach and decent in price but honestly I would spend a little more for another place, sheets were dirty and the place isn’t as well kept as I though, parking is $45 have to ask for towels at front desk cause they aren’t in the room not too clean it’s too bad I can’t upload pictures cause I have them. Overall if your going to spend what you spend at this hotel invest a little more and stay somewhere else.

Was not at all like the videos you see. Our bathrrom was dirty, elevator wouldn't go to certain floors. Broken things were just painted over and not fixed. The shower was designed with 1 water pressure that soakes the floors and door to close felt like getting into a small stall. Or couse no public parking so $40 plus valet parking

The amenities were great and staff was very friendly. The rooms were outdated and rundown and not as clean as you’d hope. There was broken floorboards in our room that was decaying and almost holes, dirty mirror and dirty shower. The beds were comfortable.

I want to say a special Thanks to the Hotel front desk and Janet. The room stewart was awesome. We ask for fresh towels, matter of seconds, she knock on the door and gave us the towels. The front desk took care a problem with the shower head and phone. They took care of the problem so fast. My wife and I step out of the room for 20 minutes and they fix the problem. I will look forward to stay there again for the great service provided. Thank you Catalina!!

The water pressure in my room was so low i barely even got a shower. The water wasn’t hot. I could hear through the walls of other guests conversations. And there was no closet or dresser to unpack.

The only respectable thing about this stay was the manager. His staff, two young men were more interested at looking at the young women. Instead of helping me properly The second day. A different young man who worked the front desk my homself. Was excellent. Caring a really tryed to accommodate my needs

Not enough towels. No hooks or bars to hang used towels. The shower design poor and water spilled over onto the bathroom floor which flowed into the main room. Only plus of this property is its location.
