Worst service ever. Guy in reception at check in barely gaved us our keys. No direction, explanation , hours of restaurant nothing. In their web page breakfast appears until 11:00am. We arrived for breakfast at 10:10. They were closed! Breakfast was until 10am. No option to get food nearby. Thanks!!! Many reviews state food is terrible. Cannot say we were unable to eat here given the very restrictive hours of operation of the rest. Both for dinner and breakfast. At night there was this huge group outside having a party really loud with music. Music was turned off until 12:30 am! People continue to be laud and very drunk until 2:30 am!! There was no one in reception to report this. So if you want to be overcharged for terrible service and a view stay here. If not PLEASE look at other hotels there other options that for SURE are better and not overpriced. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I gave a bad overall response because for some reason unknown to me I can’t get the bill. They don’t want you to know what they charged you for your stay. First time this has ever happened to me in my 75 years

Asked for a room CLOSE to the elevator (due to health) got one mid hallway. Asked for a room with a river / pretty view, got to look at the A/C units, on the street side of the property. Unable to use the coffee pot because of the filth on / in it. Exhaust fan sounded like it was on it's last revolution. Unable to access electrical outlets without moving the night table / desk, etc.

Nice room and facilities by the river. Our room overlooked the pool, which we did not use. We could see there was a hot tub as well.

This hotel has a great view with a relaxing vibe. It is showing its age, but still made for a relaxing comfortable stay.

Hotel has a great "feel"! Stopped before our last leg of a cross country trip with my mom and it was wonderful! Beds are a bit firm but I just prefer a softer bed

The lodge and surrounding grounds are nice, but the rooms are showing their age (cracks in the ceiling, broken chairs, etc). Our biggest complaint is that despite hanging the “maid service please” sign on the door and talking with the front desk, our room was never serviced during our stay.

The rooms were as pictured, and slept well. Having the balcony was amazing. Weather was perfect. The food is okay, priced a little high but that is expected when there isn’t anything around. The front desk staff. Terrible. They clearly hate their job and are incredibly unprofessional. The guy at check in could barely give a glance up when asked any question, his music was turned up loud so he could not hear the question anyway. The lady was a smidge better but still hateful. There is a blonde lady that went above and beyond but said she doesn’t normally work over in that area. She has the best smile and positive attitude. The hostess at the grill is also lovely and attentive. The gentleman turning the rooms upstairs this morning, also wonderful and professional.

Loved being by the river!

This is a very comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view of the river. The staff and the on site bar were a plus.

The parking lot is in poor condition, we were seated at 9pm on Fri. Night, given menus and told at 7 min after, “oh the kitchen is closed. . . “ same thing to another table of 6 and a group of guys. Everyone left after one drink. We had no hand soap for our room and when I asked, I was told, “oh, we are out of that.” It is a great location but needs some updates.

Beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed sitting outside, having a drink, watching the boaters, and listening to the band. Nice restaurant and bar onsite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Room did not match quality of the rest of the resort. Sparsely furnished, bathroom had flies and there wasn’t any soap. Tiny microwave. Only one outlet for charging devices. Lights flickered as if an electrical issue. On the positive side, it was quiet & beds were very comfortable.
