The rooms are compact but really well thought out to every little detail. Lots of neat little conveniences and interesting art. The lobby was really interesting and full of energy.

I would’ve given this place a 5/5 however the Hispanic lady at the front when I first checked in was unbelievably rude to everyone! The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful except for her.

Very hip vibe - boutique hotel feel to it. Room is quite small but it was perfect for my needs. I loved the bed and the tablet which controlled practically everything (operation of lights, curtains, room temperature, television, cleaning, check out and more)

The staff was not knowledgeable about the parking structure that they recommended’s refund policy. The instructions provided are not clear and caused me to be charged extra before I figure out how to request a refund on the parking.com site. Very poor customer service for the cost of this hotel.
