Awesome stay without any difficulty!

룸사이즈가 작다고 해서 걱정했는데 혼자 묵기엔 괜찮았습니다 두명은 좀 불편 할것같습니다 시설은 깨끗한 편이였고 위치가 페리터미널과 가까워 인근동네인 베인브릿지에도 30분 정도 페리를 타고 다녀올수있어서 좋았습니다^^

There is no bottle of water in the room. I was very shocked about that. Every staffs in the hotel was nice but whole system was so automatic. Very focus on young people. It was nice experience of lighting system in room. Room is very smaller than other similar priced hotel. And there is no parking lot. But the overall was not that bad! Unique hotel!

friendly 분위기와 객실도 넓지는 않지만 깨끗하고 필요한 서비스만 딱 있어서 머물기 좋았습니다. 단, 객실 내 bottled water가 없어요 front 직원에게도 문의했으나 호텔 bar 에서 물을 사셔야합니다. 주변에는 딱히 살만한 곳이 없었구요. 다른 market 에서 물은 따로 사서 들어가셔야함을 참고하세요~

When I checked in, the computer system was too slow, and the process did not work. So, I waited for two hours. However, the hotel gave me free drinks in the bar and free breakfast. I think my inconvenience was compensated well. The location of this hotel is very good, close to downtown, the harbor front, and the train from the airport.

약간 좁기는 하지만 여기저기 편의시설들이 빼곡히 들어차있어요. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 호텔바 분위기도 매우 좋아요

Citizen M in Pioneer Square is such a great hotel. The staff were incredible.The breakfast was delicious and bar area had great staff members. Will definitely be coming here for my next stay in Seattle.

Chambre extrêmement petite , on dirait un conteneur . Le lit est coincé aux deux extrémités par les murs de la pièce et sur un côté par la fenêtre donc seule solution si on dort à deux est d’escalader la personne qui dort à côté de vous . Pas de prise usb ou électrique côté fenêtre . Cette chambre était avec vue sauf que la vue c’est uniquement un mur qui se trouve à 2 mètres . C’est une chambre connectée avec des jeux de lumières via une tablette , qui permet de changer la couleur de la cabine de douche et des toilettes qui en passant se trouvent directement dans la chambre et parois transparentes donc pas d’intimité. Le lavabo est egalement dans la chambre . Difficile d’imaginer ouvrir une grande valise dans cet espace , nous nous avions deux valises cabines et c’était pas simple de les ouvrir. Je me pose la question comment peuvent ils changer les draps des lits vu que les lit est coincé entre 3 murs mais il doit y avoir une solution. Par contre bien placé pour le départ des croisières et en marchant quelques centaines de mètres pour rejoindre la gare .

The location is perfect. It is walkable from the light rail station, the waterfront, and Lumen Field. The room was a tiny, relaxing space with a lovely view of the water. We enjoyed the cozy space and the ability to change the lighting from a tablet. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

I have zero complaints about my stay! Check in was easy as there was an employee stationed by the kiosks to assist and walk me through the whole process. Keycard needed after 7pm to enter and at all times to go up to the floors on the elevator, area is walkable to Pike place market and across the street from ferry. Love the technology with the iPads to control everything in the room, and having access from the app as well. Forgot to put the heat on when we were out and was able to do it from the restaurant so we could warm up when we got back. Area feels safe as well, we walked back from the bar at 2am and felt fine!

The rooms are small. Good for solo traveller's as opposed to couples. The area its self had some good restaurants. It’s a 15mi. walk to Pike Place market. The boardwalk is close with pretty views.. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything is high tech with self checking and check out. iPad to close the blinds and turn the TV on and off. Beds were comfortable. The food was decent at the hotel. Over cool concept. Rooms could be a bit bigger to accommodate two people.

This hotel is nearby all touristy spots. The only thing that is not walkable is the Space Needle but that was an inexpensive uber ride away. Breakfast is great and you can leave your luggage in a safe space during checkout and return when you are ready to go!

I love it here! Always my stay for my trip to Seattle

The view was super cute and my inner child popped out for a moment. I may have played with the light and changed its color for a good ten minutes straight…I’m 35…

Bad ass!

Perfect location, incredibly affordable, loved the self-checkin! We'll be back :)

Very cute location.. the room was small but perfect for my husband and I.. the only problem was there’s no available parking so we had to park on the street or in a parking garage. But other than that we loved it.
