The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast room was small.

Contentional breakfast is a joke. Snack machine out of order. Stayed 3 nights, room only cleaned once. The smell in hallways horrible.

Judging by the cigarette burns on the blankets, no smoking is probably not super true. Horribly run down. Not clean looking. Breakfast was extremely limited with hardly any seating.

Very convenient location, staff very friendly, room very clean, carpet was stained, whole hotel needs updating badly. The breakfast was the same everyday with machine pumped out pancakes that come out like rubber and sit heavy in your stomach. Only bothered once, made other arrangements for the rest of my stay. The bed was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, decent for the money but probably won’t stay again

Needed a place last minute and this place was cheap and easy. Bed wasn't dirty or uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly!

Pretty cool

When we arrived there was homeless all over, the front lobby area was small and had a very strange odor. Front staff was pleasant, showed us to the elevator, which have broken tile, and still that smell. Upon entering our room, it’s seemed ok, just in dire need of updating. When looking closer, the bed was completely broken down with visible sloping on one side and multiple burn holes in the comforter. The bathroom was equally in need of TLC, floor tiles were broken and there was lack of grout around the tub. We ultimately asked for a refund, when our once nice front desk guy turned rude and basically threw my refund receipt at me and shut the office door on me.

Quiet and even found the pool

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Items in the bathroom were falling off the walls. The lighting wasn’t working in the room. There was bed bugs. Stains on the wall and the floor. The bedding had holes.

Property is well kept and great staff, parking is great and convenient to freeways.

The property was well maintained and clean. It was near shopping and restaurants. The cleaning staff was very attentive to all of our requests. It was a first time stay and won’t be the last.

We enjoyed our stay with Clackamas Inn. All staff were very friendly and respectful. Clean room, lots of privacy, nice parking, and quiet space. Would return again!

Easy to get to areas around hotel. Immediate Area around hotel was shady.

The hotel looks good on the outside but inside it needs some attention. The sheets, blankets and bedspreads had holes in them, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom was missing some trim and the water was dripping down to the floor below. The breakfast was very limited, only biscuits and gravy, yogurt and pancakes. There were some “interesting” characters as guests and when we left there were two sheriff cars in the parking lot. Did not feel very safe.

Location was good for travel and eating and anything you need, gas, groceries, coffee etc. would stay again.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful with any requests or questions. I really enjoyed my short stay there. Would stay there again if in the area.

Clean and comfy. Helpful staff. The room could use a new shower head and stronger bathroom fan, but otherwise everything worked and the beds were soft.
