Filthy. Bugs in room. Carpets wet. Stains on bedding. TV cable box was hanging from tv by cord. Awful.

I travel for work and work a night shift. A full day before my check out I got woken up by someone that works there knocking on my door. When I didn't get up quick enough they physically tried breaking into my room with this long coat hanger looking thing from under the door. I'm a single woman traveling and it genuinely terrified me. It was basically the middle of the night for me as a night shift worker even though it was 11:15 am. I opened the door and the lady asked me if I wanted to buy another night and I had to tell her my reservation went through the next day. She said well you didn't answer the door. Yeah, I was asleep. I work nights. Then she just said let us get our tool out of the door and I'll go check your reservation. I guess she went downstairs read her paperwork better and discovered I was right I did have another day. I never heard anything else from her. Not even an apology. It was honestly scary and I will not stay there again. I already found a new hotel for next week. Their actions were unacceptable.

My first room must of had a cat in the room at sime point. Im extremely allergic. So my 1st might was not fun. There were srat hes on the door like any animal was trying to het out of the room. The TV would go in & out. I talked to the front desk & they very sweetly changed my room. The beds were comfortable. There was hot water but the dish satellite tv would go out for 10-20 minutes every 10 minutes of watching.

I left the motel to o find a new motel just a few minutes after I checked in, I checked out! TV and ROOM HEAT - BOTH DID NOT WORK AND THEY COULDN'T FIX THEM!!! I CALLED FOR A REFUND! I PAID EXTRA TO GUARANTEE THIS ROOM. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!

Property was clean, but was a lot things I would give 1 star: tv and internet didn’t work I was there for 3 days. Communication very poor: breakfast was poor: bed was very uncomfortable any move you make makes a sound. Would not book again.

My dogs were welcome and the staff including manager Gladis were amazing helpful and very welcoming.

The room wasn't very clean when we checked in. The water pressure in the shower wouldn't clean the soap off your body. It took me about 20 minutes to take a shower because of the water pressure. The room was never serviced. I had to ask every night for bath towels and wash clothes. The room was never vacuumed or beds made up the entire time we were there. The lobby, elevator, and entire motel was unsatisfactory. Several people on drugs were running in and out. Their are people living in there cars in the parking lot. I will never stay here again or recommend it.

Hallway was dirty with used towels, looked like it had never been vacuumed, pillow case was dirty, smelt like weed, etc. You could hear the neighbors next to you making noises and drunks walking up and down the hall.

Tv didn’t work or would not stay on the time we were there , had to switch rooms because of uncleanliness , shady characters in and around the property, 2 hrs to get clean towels. The online pictures will definitely fool you

Room smelled terrible, blankets had cigarette burns, room was dirty, cable tv cut in and out and no airport shuttle, had to walk 2 miles to room that I asked for a refund for and am still waiting. Had to find another hotel at the last minute because I wasn’t staying there!

Check in was quick and pleasant. The room was nice and clean, the beds comfy. There was a lot of static in the bedding though, maybe because its so dry? Though there was an ice bucket in our room, no cups or glasses to drink from. No coffee maker. Breakfast was basic- hot sausages and egg patties, biscuits/gravy plus the usual waffles, toast, cereal etc.

This hotel had an 8.2 positive rating and raving reviews so after much research I booked it. Beware...the reviews must be fake or they were a different hotel then I was. To start the place is dirty, carpet nasty, walls filthy, etc. We booked suites but were put into regular rooms. Our sons room had stains all over the sheet, so he change rooms. The new room had a broken door lock and was dirty so he changed again. At no time did the front desk person apologize or say anything, just handed him a new key. Our room was dirty, water rings and dried food on the tables.. It was obvious that nothing had been wiped down. The sheets were made of some weird synthetic materials and the pillows were flat with sounded like they were made of plastic. I could go on and on but I hope you get the point. We would have moved to a different hotel but there was big snow/ice storm and hotels were full. I would recommend you stay anywhere but here.

Expedia needs to update their pictures on this property . The pictures are from when it was brand new not what it looks like today . From the trash and dog poop in the parking lot and surrounding areas to walking in the doorway to the motel to an elderly woman coughing and gagging smoking a cigarette standing right in the doorway . The young lady that checked us in was very nice and check in went smoothly . Got to our room and was disgusted by the pure nastiness of the room . The bar lock that hangs on the inside was barely hanging on to the wall being busted in from what appears someone kicked the door in or slammed ig to create a huge busted hole . You could tell it had been worked on but not finished . I mean who does that kind of maintenance work ? The bathroom was overall clean the sheets on the bed were clean but behind the bed was hairballs where it literally looked like someone had their hair pulled out ugh so gross . Next we go to the air/ heat unit . The filters were literally overflowing with dirt where they hadn’t been clean in years . Then onto the drapes that had food and dirt all over them . The doorknobs in this room literally had candy or food hanging do them and that was totally gross . I Will never ever try to save money again on a hotel ep . I will just spend the money on somewhere better cause this was nasty . Also Expedia, stop refusing my review and post it . Let the people know what it’s all about before they spend their hard earn money .

Dirty the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed I have pics, no shampoo and no hair dryer and no bottled water on the premises also there was supposed to be shuttle from airport that was a lie it was in hotel parking lot but had not been running for weeks not happy would never stay there again they should only charge $40.00 a night not $180.00 so disgusted

My room had no bath towels and no cups to get a drink of water. Simple housekeeping things.
