Our stay was great! The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and in a great location.

Great stay! The facilities and staff were great and very accommodating. Despite the rooms being small (like all NYC hotels), it didn’t feel cramped. The room has everything you need and the floor has a water bottle station. Will definitely return.

The Club Quarters, Times Square - Midtown hotel fell far short of my expectations for a four-star hotel with an 8.8 rating on Expedia. Overall, the facilities were old and run-down, the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. Rooms near the street could hear a lot of street noise. Later, when I moved to a room on the other side of the hotel, the noise from the air conditioner downstairs was so loud it disrupted my sleep. Second, the shower flow was inconsistent, and the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. Finally, the hotel's cleanliness was poor, with a lot of dust on the windows. Cleaning staff didn't change the sheets daily. Although the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, my experience with this hotel was a complete failure, and I would not recommend it.

De kamer die mij werd aangeboden gaf een lelijk zicht op zeer grote pijpleidingen die lawaai maakten. Toen ik werd overgebracht naar een andere kamer was er daar ook zeer veel geluid hoorbaar vanwege die pijpleidingen zodat het risico om daar niet goed te kunnen slapen, heel ernstig was.

Mooi hotel, uitstekende ligging en geweldig personeel. Jo Ann aan de receptie is fantastisch. Zij herkent je altijd als je terug komt, zelfs als daar lange tijd tussen zit. Zo voel je je erg welkom, en ze is elke dag even vriendelijk.

"I enjoyed many aspects of my stay. However, the room I was assigned was situated on a lower level overlooking a busy street. The resulting noise from early morning truck traffic and construction (beginning before 6:00 AM) proved disruptive to sleep.

Excellent location, just off 5th Avenue and close to the library, Grand Central and Central Park. Clean room with Nespresso machine. Staff were very friendly and professional. Only downside was no safe in the room
