I found the property well maintained and very new. The room was a good size and having breakfast included in our stay was very handy.

There is nothing by the hotel that is walkable however the hotel does have a bar/restaurant and a small convenience store. The young lady who checked us in was so sweet.

총 11박을 여기에 머물렀는데 건물은 오래되었고 있는동안에 홀에서 전기공사를 계속하고 있었음 피츠버그에 여행으로 가면 시내쪽 호텔을 이용하기 바람 대신 조식을 제공하고 룸 안에 전자렌지가 있어서 간단한 즉석요리는 가능함. 그릇 컵 포크 스푼 핫워터등을 이용할 수 있음

에머슨교육장과 가까워서 선택한 숙소라 거리상으로는장점이 있음 시내와 떨어져 있어 불편하고 숙소의 설비들이 낡음 침대와 이불 베개 정도만 만족하고 멎머지는 별로임 대신 무료 와이파이 사용가능 및 실내수영장 이용가능

Front desk was very nice. Room was not detail cleaned, ie. coffee caddie was used (already opened and missing sugars and creamers) not changed out. Carpets looked a bit worn and in need of cleaning. Overall i would stay again.

The hotel and the beds were comfortable and quiet. Was disappointed we couldn’t use the indoor pool and the bar was closed. The breakfast was disappointing too. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

the room telephone didn't work. the television kept buffering. the heat temperature could not be changed. lots of things didn't work. I was there for two nights and should receive two complimentary nights for all the issues.

everything was good other than the one reason we got this was bc they had a pool and it wasn't operable. I wish I knew that ahead of time. I feel like a discount should be given when you don't have everything that is offered without letting the customer know.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly enough. However, a swimming pool was advertised but it could not be used because the heater was broken. In the fitness room, not only was it dirty, 4 out of the 5 machines did not function properly. It was a very pathetic fitness room. While a hot breakfast was advertised, it was not available because the person who takes care of it took a vacation day. That was a laughable joke and very disappointing. then, I could not get a receipt upon checkout. It is unlikely that I will stay there again.

Heating system was awful. It was either stifling and stuffy or freezing. Bathroom fan ran 24/7, shower did not work properly and there was no housekeeping for the 2nd day. The soap didn't lather and the bed linen had a weird odor. The hallways were freezing. The only positive thing was the price. I would not stay there again.
