First time we have stayed at this hotel, everything was great. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Branson.

This was a very clean hotel. I felt confident in being barefoot in our room and bathroom. The beds were comfy with enough covers and pillows. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. They also had an entertainment center with games for our family, had to use quarters and bills, it was a fun surprise.

The hotel lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas. The hotel room was clean and had everything needed for our stay.

Overall stay was excellent. Checkin could have been a little more welcoming. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. Stains on the extra blanket for the pullout. Breakfast lady was AWESOME!!! Good breakfast options. Pool area nice. Family enjoyed the amenities. We’ll definitely consider returning to this property on future visits to Branson

We were so uncomfortable due to it being so hot in our room. The hallways had the heat blasting therefore our room never cooled down. We were so hot.
Then we went down for breakfast and it was so packed we could not even get to the food. For the amount of the room so not worth it.

The hotel is nice and clean. The fireplace and seating area in the lobby make it very cozy and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion/complaint to the owners/staff is to place families with small children on the first floor. We had to listen to small children/toddlers run back and forth until late in the evening and then started again early the next morning. If they’re on first floor they don’t disturb anyone. Other than that, no other issues.

They did a great job of maintaining both the inside and outside of the property. The staff was very conscious of the importance of keeping the hotel clean. The bed mattress was very close to needing replaced. This was my only issues with our stay.

We have stayed here for many years and most likely will again. The only thing is that some of the carpet, wallpaper and grout needs replacing or repairing. I realize that is a long process and hope that some things will be done when we stay again. We enjoy the facility have been totally pleased in the past. Thank you for your friendliness and efficiency in addressing any issues we have had.
