The staff was quick and professional.

My experience I had with comfort inn suites was horrible. First off the my husband cut his arm on the toilet tissue holder (see picture) his arm began to bleed. Also the ceiling was leaking water from above at 12 midnight we couldn’t use the restroom or has no access to use the shower. The maintenance man came in 4 different times waking my children trying to fix the problem. He couldn’t fix the problem so he offered us to change rooms. I declined to change rooms after midnight. I have 2 small children and it was 30 degrees out freezing cold plus packing up luggage would have been to much. Also the last major problem we had was no hot water. We all had to take cold showers. This was a major inconvenience considering it’s winter time. This experience I had was horrible and would never stay at comfort inn again. I need to be compensated for the inconvenience.

Couldn’t take a hot shower during our stay because the water barely got luke warm. Was very disappointing!! When I’m paying to stay at a hotel, I better at least have hot water! Rooms are weird. Not enough walk way space between the beds. Counter tops in the restroom are so low. The only saving grace was that the beds are pretty comfortable. Besides that, the place has motel vibes written all over it. I would never return and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Staff not very friendly either. When I mentioned the hot water issue I didn’t even get an apology or any kind of response for that matter.

Comfort Inn nice, convenient and affordable. The shower had issues, only had drip of water coming out so we weren’t able to shower, besides that it was good. Staff is friendly

Cleanliness, good customer service

We stayed 1 night for a travel softball tournament. We had trouble finding our room. The one sign we found had 4 arrows with room numbers. They were very unclear o. Tje 3rd floor. Once we found it.. the keys wouldnt work. We had to figure out the maze to find the elevator. The staff was great. Fixed the key issue. The saftey lock on the inside of the door, was hanging off the door.. with one screw dangling out. The carpet was very dirty. The rest of the room was clean and nice. We will probably stay elsewhere next time.

It was safe and easy parking

The staff were helpful to us since we had a very upsetting and unnecessary problem with our booking through Expedia that took over an hour to resolve. If it weren’t for the staff, we would have left. The bathroom was extremely small and the pool was across the parking lot with a shared wall to the Jack in the Box—not ideal.

Nice clean place friendly people. I didn't expect it to be nice in this part of town and looking at it on Google maps. I would definitely come back! Great price too.

The room had been updated but not the bathroom. Fixtures need replacing. Very low bathroom vanity, maybe for wheelchair use but the height of the bed would not be conducive to a handicapped individual. King bed was comfortable. The lobby was clean and updated. The breakfast area was pretty small for a hotel of its size, they did have a few tables and chairs setup in the lobby area for the overflow. Food selection was typical, always replenished.

Nothing special. Typical 2-3 star stay. Expectations were met.

Check in was a bit difficult as I did not have a physical credit card, no phone pay accepted. Location was central and parking was covered with easy access to rooms. Breakfasts were generous.
