No Frills Hotel

Anteriormente ya nos habiamos quedado en este hotel y habia estado todo bien pero en esta ocacion nos dieron una habitacion que tenia varios detalles como el hecho de que nos salieron 2 cucarachitas y el lavabo se le estancaba el agua y por ultimo al aire acondicionado dse le salia el agua. Esa fue mi mala experiencia en esta ocasión

Loved my stay, clean and close to everything. I would rebook this stay.

The room was hot and very stuffy, the AC did not work. The receptionist came to reset, but still didn’t work. The my husband work up with a bug in his bed. It was warm in the room. You could see that the carpet had not been vacuumed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was filthy—the carpets were stained and there was a terrible odor coming from the air conditioning unit. I requested a room change immediately, but unfortunately, the second room was no better. On the second night, I encountered a large cockroach, which was the final straw. I checked out early and moved to another hotel, but the staff refused to refund me for the remaining three nights of my reservation. I would not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay easy to get to the malls very friendly staff

Good at the start but at the moment of using the sofa bed it had a mattress that wasn't comfortable at all and the person sleeping on it slept uncomfortable and it didn't have covers or pillows for it. And when I asked for them they barely had any pillows for it

Internet did not reach the room. Had to go to the lobby for connection. Both queen beds squeaked with any movement. Upstairs guests' footsteps sounded like clomping. Desk employee said she would contact them. No improvement AM and PM. We had to kill 4 small roaches in bathroom. AC unit very loud. Furniture needed repairs. We assume bad management and construction.

Please do not stay here until you verify your room is clean. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures but we found a pubic hair on the tub and dental floss on the floor.. they didn’t even vacuum the room… for the price you can get a cleaner hotel. The breakfast was fine though and it includes the parking lot

Close to TXST. Fridge wasn't clean and air conditioner leaked. But overall good for one night.

No me gusta que la propiedad en general esta un poco vieja y sucio por donde veas, aparte pedi que hicieran mi habitacion solo limpiaron y tendieron camas no aspiraron y un dia no la limpiaron para nada

1st room we were given the carpet was wet like if there was a leak in the room. 2nd room we got had roaches in the bath tub, dead roaches behind the couch. Asked staff to clean it they said no we have to ask for room service before 11am only, we got room service they only took out the trash, dead roach was still there. Later that night my wife stepped on another roach alive crawling thru the room. Absolutely disgusting.

The room was cery clean and the staff was very helpful and kind.

This place is disgusting!!! Floors not vacuumed, food smushed in elevator, tile in the room was completely sticky, A/C not on in the halls or room, smelled awful. Personal Shampoo and conditioner bottles were 1/2 full, used. Front desk help agreed to provide refund, and manager denied to Expedia. Called several times to clear up confusion, no response. No refund, lost my money, booked this because it was 7 stars. Awful experience!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible stay. Room was not cleaned at all. Dead cockroach found in window, microwave had old food left in it, a/c unit so loud we couldn't sleep. Checked out early and staff has been uncooperative regarding these issues. Would never stay here again.

Pretty run down place. We had nats coming out of the bathroom sink and as soon as I used the blow dryer it came off the wall. It won’t be in our locations a to stay the next time we are back in San Marcos.

It seems the rooms aren’t being cleaned very well. Stained sheets and dirty lamp shade. Overall all it was okay.

The hotel has obviously had water damage. Smelled like mold. Felt damp. The ceiling in our room had been somewhat patched. Wallpaper was peeling. We left and found a room elsewhere. The mold smell was terrible.

The Property needs an upgrade.
