The check in guy was great but when we got to our room, it was a shared room and the connecting door wouldn’t lock. He was timely and came up with a solution that was satisfactory. The next morning I had to stop my shower halfway because the water went cold. After waiting a few mins, the warmer water came back but it wasn’t terribly hot. The facilities though seem clean and it’s convenient off the highway.

The hotel has a great location. We used it as a stop-over after having Thanksgiving with family about 30 minutes away. Friendly host at check-in desk. Got us checked-in and on our way to our rooms quickly. The beds were very comfortable and my aching back did not hurt in the morning. The A/C-heat was very good. Actually cooled the room off (even though it was 38 degrees outside). :) The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was ok. I was disappointed there was not freshly-brewed coffee in the lobby, but there was coffee in the room and coffee from a machine in the lobby. My son and wife used the fitness room and it looked good. They had no complaints. Our room faced the parking lot and road. I did not hear any road noise & had a great night's sleep.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Very clean, taff was great.

Clean quiet and overall good stay, they had some problems with the plumbing but they apologized for it and let the guest know.

I ikeed cleanliness in dining area. I didn't like that the elevator was dirty, sticky floor.

Was woken up by our smoke alarm going off repeatedly without any smoke in the room or even on the entire floor. It was 9AM, and this loud consistent tone played at an ungodly volume on and off every ten minutes for a solid one to two minutes each time. Housekeeping burst into the room at 10:30AM despite check-out being at 11AM. They then knocked on our door three more times to remind us to check out. Was a very annoying morning.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and I think it’s a nice touch that they offer guests coffee and different flavors of tea in the lobby!

It honors the name. Very comfortable, and sounds proof rooms. Slept through the whole night with no disturbance. Clean rooms.

Great place to stay! A little pricy but you get a free breakfast included which was delicious!

Everything was beautiful my room was on the third floor and the view was immaculate.
