새벽 2시 화재 경보기가 울렸습니다. 담당자는 어떻게 조치할지 모르는 상황이었고, 조치가 완료 된 후에도 계속해서 화재 경보기가 울렸습니다. 잠을 아예 잘 수가 없었습니다. 최악의 경험이었습니다.

침대도 편했고, 주변환경도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 그러나, 로비 직원들을 4명 봤는데 정말 무뚝뚝하고 불친절합니다. 이왕이면 웃으면서 인사하고 그러면 좋지않을까싶네요~~~

It's clean and cozy. Further, H-mart is near.

침대옆에 다른사람꺼 양말이 안치워진 상태로 있었음 좀 찝찝했고 방에 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났고 방음이 잘안되서 위층 걸어다닌 소리까지 들림

Staff were very nice but hotel is run down with multiple parts of hotel needing repairs. Missing ceiling panels and exposed electrical wiring in the 3rh floor hallway. The breakfast food quality was poor.

Very dirty smelled like weed in the hallways room was stinky from who knows not a good time here.

It was very easy to check in , everyone was friendly room was clean . It does look really outdated but overall great stay

The front desk staff 4.5 stars, very friendly, helpful. The room needs a lil upgrade overall I was pleased with the facility,

Hotel was dated and could use some updating. It was probably very clean but seemed dirtier due to age of things. Staff was very friendly.

Small pool, hot tub was broken

Good breakfast but timeframe too early and too short. Rooms clean. Beds super comfy, like clouds. Rooms nice but could use remodeling and updates. Water damage to the wallpaper in the bathroom and carpet worn thin.

Need to be updated in a few areas.

This hotel looked better in the pictures than in person. Our room had a terrible smell that hit us in the face when we opened the door. We really should have gone back to the front desk and asked for a different room, but we were tired and just wanted to settle down for bed. We sort of got used to the smell after a few minutes. But every time we left the room and came back, it would hit again. By morning, we figured out that a couple of the pillows, which we hadn't used, seemed to be the source of most of the smell, so we took them to the front desk. We were offered replacement pillows, but were about to check out anyway. Of course, the room still smelled after the pillows were removed. I suspect that the problem extended beyond just those two pillows. The carpet in the room felt kind of sticky. I'm really not sure how housekeeping felt OK releasing that room for occupancy - there's no way they didn't smell it when they were prepping the room. The staff was friendly and the hotel was otherwise fine. Just wish we'd requested a different room when we arrived. This may have been a one-off experience, but I would probably try a different hotel the next time I pass through the area.
