Well none of gym equipment is working
One of the lights next to bed is not working
the room had a damp smell

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The refrigerator had hairs all in it, one of the beds had hair all over like the sheets hadn’t been changed, you could tell the floor wasn’t vacuumed. The remote to the tv didn’t work. The bath tub stopper didn’t work so the water didn’t hold in the tub. The hallways smelled awful, not pleasant!

The service was very friendly, the food was average, but they opened earlier on the day that some of the guests were attending a race in Emporia, this was a really nice compliment. The hotel is well mantained and with restaurants and places to buy food and basic necesities near by.

I came to Ottawa to bike the trails. This hotel is well located - a half mile from Prairie Spirit Trail and 3.5 miles from Flint Hills Nature Trail (via Prairie Spirit). Safe and easy to get to.
I got in early and they let me check in right away. This was my second time staying here. I will be back.
