Desk staff was great. Room was dirty- found garbage and discarded socks.

Extremely strong smell of unknown substance our entire stay, and the room was dirty (grass on the floor, beer bottle cap, stains on sheets,and damage furniture). I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was nice, but it went downhill once we went to the room. It was filthy. The toilet wasn't clean, plaster was coming off, rug was gross. We were told we had an executive room because it was recently remodeled and it had a fridge and microwave. I don't know who did the remodeling for this place, but they did a terrible job. To make matters worse, my husband was tired after driving several hours, so he laid down to take a nap. Later that evening, he had welts on his arms and legs. I never touched the bed and I was fine. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. The room only cost $50 which goes to show you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay at your own risk.

lot out back not too clean. overall pretty good

breakfast was similar to gas station options. prepackaged foods. bed was rock hard. lots of paint stains on curtains and walls and furnitiure. door handle broke off outside door when tried to enter building.

We were in town for a funeral, got in late and had a room that was not clean and had bugs. Got moved to a new room with a king and sofa bed.it had a hot tub in the middle of the room. Sofa bed was not clean had to call for blankets and sheets. Pregnant daughter was very uncomfortable with the stay.Canceled the 2nd night. Sounds like we will have to work hard to get a refund.If any. Very disappointing.

Dated hotel but they are doing renovations… very thin walls can hear everything.. shower head is terrible.. breakfast is ok..not enough parking… ok for price and close enough to downtown without paying the high prices

Easy check in. We went to Acrisure Stadium for a concert, it seemed that everyone else was going the opposite way when leaving letting us get back to the hotel quickly. Was nice and quiet

Whole place smelled musty and not very clean. Bed was hard as a board. The sofa in the room had a big rip in the cushion. The girls at the front desk not very friendly and busy playing on their phones

The lady checking us in seemed okay, but when we got to our room it was not very clean. The whole place itself was small and looked like it was under construction. Tv remote had dirty tape to hold the batteries in, nightstands had sticky stuff all over it and the walls had visible dirt on them.

Had a wonderful stay. Very convenient to downtown.Comfy beds and clean. Just one suggestion is fix the squeaky automatic front door to the lobby lol.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, shower had tons of water pressure, breakfast was included and decent, parking is included and there was plenty of space to park. Cons, not really walking distance to anything. Elevator needed to be cleaned. Lady at the front desk wasnt very friendly.

The hotel entry it is difficult with car.Only one way. The only resto around is Primatti - better than nothing! It is a hotel which need update. Location is not good. Breakfast is ok nothing fancy! Before booking take a look on google map.

Staff was not kind on entry and entry smelled like marijuana. Interesting people coming in and out late at night. Stains on furniture in room and musty smell. Thin walls.
