빈대에 물려서 여행후고생했고.인터넷도 잘 되지 않았어요. 주변도 좋지 않고 다시는 가고 십지 않아요

Smell of cleaning agent most of the time. The entrance welcome/leaving

It was a hotel that you could stay at if you don’t mind having the main doors open at all times to the public and being in a sketchy area of town. The hotel does not look like the pictures, they are super edited and the hotel smells dirty. I walked in and you can tell that people live there. Broken down cars in the parking areas. Walked into my room with the tv on and a weird cheap cleaner smell. The couches in the room had weird “stains” on them and the bathroom also had cheap cleaner smell. The first floor was super fresh and cold but the third floor was hot and stuffy. The ac in the room had so much dust in it. The curtains were stained. It was the type of hotel you just don’t feel safe or comfortable in. From the high reviews and ratings I was not expecting a hotel like this. It’s the type of hotel if you just want a place to sleep in for the night then it’s fine but if you are used to Hampton or Marriott quality you should cancel your booking.

I was there for short business trip and amenities aren’t important but facility is dated. Could use some improvements and hope they have more customers so there is budget for it. Staffs are friendly

Broken into cars in the parking lot. Hallways had a strong chemical smell. Room had a foul smell. I did not stay. Regardless of whether i get a refund was not worth the risk.

Came into town for a concert so I stayed here for the night. I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Our room smelled and was super clean (ohh and great pillows). Breakfast is served from 6-9 so we missed it since we slept in.Some minor things the building could an upgrade but overall great staff great room.

Had to pay an extra $40 to check in 2 hours early. Room had no bath towels. Housekeeper did not speak English. Some fixtures were worn or broken. Curtains were frayed and could not close fully. Bathtub faucet did not function properly. Only shower mode. Not much, if any security. Only several cameras around property. Appreciated the free breakfast and parking. Pretty good location on a main street.

I have stayed here several times and it is my Go To for this area in LA. The place is clean and nice.

Not horrible. Just felt like I was staying at my Grandparents house. Outdated. Small TV. Stained chair. If you are looking for an okay place at a good price this is your place.

After driving almost 11 hours, I arrived at this hotel. When I arrived I asked the guy working the counter for a first floor room. He stated that they had " no first floor rooms available". So he put me on the second floor. When I walked in the room, I found the window open which is not an issue, but the window open and there being NO SCREEN on the window was concerning. I closed the window and attempted to turn on the TV, to find the cable box broken. I went down to the front desk to advice them of the broken box. I ran into a hotel employee at the elevator. I told him about me room. his reply was "last night it was working because I rented this room to a local person and he watches a lot of TV". Basically insinuating that I had broken the box. And when I showed him the missing screen, he asked me what did I do to the screen? I told him that it was like that when I walked in. He said that he can refund my money and I can go somewhere else. I told him that I had just driven from Redding and I just want to get some rest. He then called the guy at counter and asked if they had any king rooms? Then he said "ok, move him to the double room". But he said it like this: آیا اتاق های کینگ در دسترس داریم؟ خوب، سپس او را به اتاق دو نفره منتقل کنید. Funny how translation headphones work, when you have a degree in International Business Management. I wont even mention how housekeeping walked in my room PRIOR to 11am check out time. I wont be back!!!!

I did not care for tv system. Clean elevator, vacuum, mop,sanatize buttons

I'd rather nit share my experience except it was a place to rest our heads for the night . Just not clean and needs to be updated for the price we paid for 1 night

The room was not ready at checkin. We were told a guest was late checking out. We ended up leaving the hotel and had to stay somewhere else. This needs to be refunded.

The front desk charged the card on file without authorization then tried to scam by saying they’ll take cash only. Hotels.com staff was amazing though and helped every step the way.
