Carpet was old and worn. Smelled a lot of different kinds of smoke which was sad due to the fact it is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. Breakfast was ok. Will not be staying there again.

Overall, it was very good. On Friday, however, they ran out of milk and there was no milk for coffee, cereal or other foods. They also ran out of orange juice.

I had a great experience at this hotel, and felt much more comfortable here compared to other hotels in Raleigh. The staff was helpful and kind, check in was a smooth process, and the security measures taken made me feel very safe! The room was clean and spacious with plenty of help from the housekeeping service! I will be staying here again.

It was ok. The only problem I noticed was the blanket on the top had some stains on it. I informed the guy at the front desk and he told me to return the one in the room and he would give me another one.

The room smelled sour and like a wet basement. The air conditioning unit under the window was extremely loud and made the room smell even more of mold when it would turn on. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a concrete floor. There was broken hangers in the closet, the space between the wall and the ac unit we very large and noticeable filthy. The elevators were freezing cold and smelled of strong cigarette smoke. The ceiling was leaking and there were buckets in the entrance of the lobby. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the hotel as we have stayed at comfort inn in Jacksonville FL on paramore and it was wonderful. This hotel is subpar.

There is no charging station here. But breakfast was very decent. A good hot and cold spread.Night staff were great, very accommodating. Morning staff was not as friendly. Good location. Lots around the hotel including Starbucks and Thai restaurant.
