This place was falsely advertised, my toilet wasn’t clean there was pee drippings on top of toilet seat and then when I raised it there was cigarette ash on seat and in toilet, I literally am just using the bed and leaving in the morning I’m not using that nasty bathroom I will be going somewhere else to stay fit the rest of my trip in ST . Louis

The breakfast is very good. The room was clean although I stayed for 8 nights and the room was never refreshed. There was an unpleasant cigarette/marihuana smell in the hallways.

Everything was ok and I mean only OK. Except for the hot water there was NONE.. we could not shower. there was no hot water. The sheets so you could see the static electricity. It was shocking us very badly. It actually hurt. And our son is only two. And the temperature outside was 12° dead of winter and even colder than that during the night. It was terrible

Check in was a breeze! No issues. The property is a bit dated and could use some updates, but it was clean. When I arrived, there were several people loitering outside the hotel which caused concern for my safety. However, I slept through the night with no issues. I likely will not stay here again.

Customer Service was great! Rooms could definitely use some upgrading. Beds were really stiff, shower head leaked. The plus in the bathroom was really wore out, couldn’t plug in anything. Breakfast was average.

Don't fall for the occasional good review. My guess is those are paid. This hotel was awful. The service was awful. The condition of everything was awful. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because things didn't work on our room. The staff was rude at all times. Parking was horrible. This is absolutely the worst place to stay in St Louis. Not sure if I'm being clear here avoid this place like it is covered in covid. I have never in my life met rooter staff members that I met at this place. And as much as I hate to throw it up I feel like my race played a part in my treatment. Never again will I disregard two or three bad reviews thinking those are outliers. The bad ones are the ones that are real.

I liked the room and it was pretty clean, but there were three problems that really made my stay less enjoyable than it could have been. First, the TV remote didn't work right. After a lot of trial and error I figured out the power button turned the channel up, the mute button turned the channel down. The volume up turned the volume up. To turn the volume down or turn the TV off, you had to find the hidden button on the TV itself and hold to bring up a menu, then figure out how to work the menu. Second, didn't get my wake up call. I was in town for a medical visit and having trouble getting up anyway, so without the wakeup call I slept thru breakfast. Finally, there was hot water in the sink, but none in the shower.

It was not a good stay. We asked for housekeeping to change our linen. It was never changed. We had to ask them to empty the trash. The carpet and walls were dirty. We got locked out on the last night. I was frightened going out to my car because people were smoking marijuana each time we went outside. We will never stay at that hotel again. You can use the name Mary on the review. I would rather my real name not be used because I am on Social Media. Jean Collins Turner

The room was cheap and we know why now we ask for queen beds we got two twins the remote didn’t work to the TV spider webs all in the room like Halloween decorations 😂😂 broken window with tape across it and people were in the halls knocking on doors and run in the photos most definitely don’t match up to the hotel those photos must have been from 10 years ago we thought we were at the wrong hotel for a second

We stayed for one day. We checked in at 130pm - 2:00pm and when we checked in the room didn’t have electric you could see all the damage also seen the leaks not to mention there was mold on both ac units. We went to a concert came back around 11:30pm And there was Al kinds of people outside partying drinking and making us feel very uncomfortable to the point we were scared to honestly sleep the whole place smelled like weed.
