This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, they ran out of towels. When I asked for fresh ones, they told me I had to bring the dirty ones down myself—they wouldn’t bring anything to the room. Then, while lying on the bed, I noticed a bunch of black specks crawling on the white comforter… it was ants.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I later pulled the covers apart and found old, dried blood on the comforter. I had been sleeping on top of it (I usually don’t sleep under hotel comforters), which is why I didn’t notice it right away. Completely disgusting.
I reported everything to the front desk the next morning and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we came back later that day, the room had been tidied up—but they left the same bloody comforter on the bed.
Between the bugs, the blood, and the lack of basic service, this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in multiple occasions and every thing is always great. The only thing I wasn’t happy about this time was the fact that the elevator was broken for several hours and I was traveling with my mom and aunt who is older and they had to go up and down the stairs . Other than that my stay was great as usual.

First room was very smelly, stink so bad we were moved to another room. Upon inspection of the bed there were some type of stains on the mattress pad. Just disgusting. Had to find another hotel to stay at. Tried to get a refund it that didn’t happen.
